After an hour of the movie, I knew that it was so cold I wouldn't be able to make it. I really didn't want to have to come back to the theater to see the rest of the movie, but I knew that I wouldn't be able to stay in the theater for so long because it was so cold. I googled the movie and I saw that I had an hour and 40 minutes left, so I went outside and I complained to the manager and I had him give me a free pass for another day so I would be able to dress much warmer and see the rest, maybe bring a blanket as well. Heated seat did not really do anything to help my comfort. I Will probably come back This upcoming Sunday around 1:00 p.m to see the rest, But this time I will dress much warmer. The lobby between the entrance and where the movie was was about 20 to 30° warmer than inside where the movie was being played So that was kind of misleading. I also have a complaint about the ability to maneuver inside the theater. I am disabled and I have to have a walker with me most times, and unlike meadowview, Paramount does not have buttons that open and close the door for handicapped individuals. This is the first time I've been to this theater by myself in probably about 10 years and I am not coming back to this theater by myself again because I don't have someone to open the door for me.

And that means that the $5-dinner, already very good on the palate, was also quite gentle on the wallet. They also show Monday night football on the big screen. Moreover, for most of these events, the bar is open, which means you can enjoy a drink while you watch the movie. Tell me, where else in the US can you do that! I'm sure such places exist, but they're few and far between. For what it's worth, you can also rent out the space for events such as receptions and weddings. I haven't yet been there for something like that. But if it's handled anywhere near as well as the movie night, I'm already a fan.

The theaters feature stadium seating so recliners may not be feasible, although there is a flat floor section up front. The theaters have "rocker" chairs which allows the person in front of you to lean back right into your knees. The last time, my wife had a huge guy in front of her that due to his weight was leaning back and practically in her lap. His female companion sitting in front of me was very animated during parts of Lion King, bouncing in her seat (and this was an adult, not a child!) when certain scenes excited her. Luckily she didn't bang into my knees. This would be my second choice for a local theater, only if I can't get the times I want at Eastside.
