The baths in the basement area were clean, and despite their rules banning affection, we still saw people making out and getting cozy in one of the pools. The 90 minute massage and facial service was a treat for less than €200, and they offer L'Occitane hair and body products in the shower. A nice added touch are their packaged, unused hairbrushes and basic toiletries to use after your service. Though we paid for a 90 minute visit, the massage and facial felt a bit shy of 1 hour. Nevertheless, we all had a relaxing time and were happy to be able to pamper ourselves while on vacation.

The locker rooms were clean and you are able to lock up all your stuff in your own locker. Once you are ready, they'll bring you down to the bath area, which has a variety of different pools, some hot, a salt pool, cold plunge, sauna and steam room. I'm not a huge fan of hot tubs, so honestly I spent probably the most time in the cold plunge, which honestly felt the best. While we were down there, they provided tea and orange juice, the tea was probably some of the best I've had, so tasty. And the orange juice was just as good. When it's your turn for your massage, they'll escort you to the top floor where we got our couples massage. The massage itself was good, but I didn't like how i could see into the walkway where everyone was walking by. I didn't feel that sense of privacy. Not a huge deal, and not a deal breaker though. I'd still definitely recommend coming here towards the end of your trip to feel rejuvenated and revitalized.

Bea gave me one of the top 3 best massages of my life. I booked the aromatic silom massage (only 65 Euro for an hour), and it was exactly what I needed. Bea took note of the areas in my back and legs that needed the most attention, and made sure to spend more time on them. She checked in with me to make sure the pressure was okay or asked if I needed more. My sore muscles felt so much better during and after. After the massage, Bea set up a sitting area with a pot of delicious tea for me. I took my time and relaxed there, and finished the whole teapot. There are classes throughout the day, a spinning room, weight machines, a large free weight and stretch room, suspension cables, pool, spa, turkish bath, treadmills, etc.., etc.. Yes, everything! Oh, and there's even a beauty center for facials, and massages. BUT THE BEST PART for me was the free session with a personal trainer. He takes into consideration your age, weight, health concerns, and all other aspects of your body and then sets you up on a program. You're given a fob key to plug into all the recommended machines and the screen will instruct on seat position, amount of weights, and the number of repetitions. It's like having a personal trainer with you everyday at the gym. The staff here are all very friendly (and attractive, lol) and are very helpful. Showers are large and private. Oh, and don't forget your toiletries! Locker area is quite spacious as well. There are a few locations around Barcelona, Madrid, and other international cities and members get access too all of them. Obviously it's a little pricier than the other gyms, but IMHO it is totally worth it!
