Absolutely Terrible. I bought 3 items from the Sephora in Barcelona Flagship store. One of the items was a 90€ Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream. I was visiting a friend who lives in Barcelona so left the bag & receipt there. Once I returned home to Mallorca, I realised they had sold me an empty Tester pot. I contacted the store but they are not interested as I don't have receipt & I paid cash! I gave them photos, time & date, plus the details of items purchased. The actual tester pot also had a Sephora sticker on the bottom with had written dates on it. Avoid this company, absolutely dreadful way to treat a customer read more

Beautiful, beautiful store. This Sephora puts the Times Square one to shame both in layout and selection. The Dior section is gorgeous and they carry just about every luxury brand's makeup that I could tell - YSL, Chanel, D&G, etc. The saleswomen were friendly and I was happy to pick up some Urban Decay stuff on sale, which is rare back in New York. I would gladly move in here and sleep on the awesome red carpet if given the opportunity. read more

This is one of those Sephora stores that will make your jaw drop if you're used to your local mall's stores. I've been to the one in Union Square NYC a few times and liked this one even more in terms of the size, easy to navigate layout and product selection. There is a huge selection of brands, but unfortunately the location's popularity seems to mean items are out of stock on a regular basis. For example, they had zero Too Faced Melted Lipsticks available. None. No colors. At all. Here's a tip: some brands are probably available in the cosmetics section of the nearby Corte Ingles department store, where I found the Dolce & Gabbana mascara they were out of. Sales staff is helpful, but if you show interest in a product some seem to use too much of a hard sell. read more

They have a great selection of Make Up and the Staff is friendly and helpful! BUT! To put Make Up on my face they used a DIRTY Brush and this is unacceptable! If my face breaks out tomorrow I'm not surprised! PLEASE use Sponges and throw them away OR use CLEAN Brushes! Thank you read more

It's not really any different to the Sephora's in the US. From that I mean on the inside. When you come into this one and go down to the main area, it's pretty futuristic looking and you get to see the whole space which looks huge. The wife was able to touch up (finding the same items as in the US) etc. so all's well that ends well. read more

I came here after I thought I left my foundation in the states two weeks ago Sep, 2018. This is a odd store to find. There are two entrances one with escalators and one by an elevator. The elevator under the Sephora sign you have to push down or the door or it just opens back on the street & you're not sure what's up. The sign inside the elevator didn't say Sephora but fun land or something and I speak Spanish. I didn't see the elevator entrance till after I left it's to the right of the elevator. The people are a little pushy. Inside the guy that helped me with foundation said the one he was showing me was the only oil free type. It was not after I looked and found a cheaper brand. The line was a bit slow. They carry a lot of American brands but not Bare Minerals :/. read more

(Traveled to Barcelona October 2014) While this store has other Sephoras beat in size and style--- about 90% of the store is perfume/cologne and makeup. The skincare offerings are rather abysmal, catering to the pricey multi-skincare systems (Shiseido, Lancôme, etc). I was surprised to see in terms of standalone moisturizers, this Sephora only had their own generic brands-- no Fresh, L'Occitane, Korres, Perricone MD, Amore Pacific or my much needed "First Aid Beauty" lotion. I've noticed for skincare needs, I was better off going to a farmacia type store. As I was in desperate need to stock up, this Sephora was a complete letdown. read more

Very disappointed that this sephora does not stock the sephora range of make up bags and brush portfolios I had seen online. It was the only thing I was after so left empty handed. read more
