For 3 days my internet was out due to the winter ice storm (week of the February 2) So I called today to get a credit for those days. A representative told me that if it's an "Act of God" that Ritter does NOT give a credit! What! So if it storm, ice or whatever your lines may go down and the customers suffer and we can NOT receive a credit. This is awful customer service and service period! Believe me I would switch but no other internet services is offered in Millington. Which is totally ridiculous!!! And for months my services don't work in my back bedroom and they only say turn the router box back in and off. In which it does not help at all. Would it even be possible for a company to suck any worse than they do? Since the storm which was 2 1/2 WEEKS AGO, we are still without internet. We can't get anyone from Ritter on the phone, much less get an estimate of when we might actually get service again. People came to our house two weeks ago, lied to us, then left. When I posted pictures of their poles that punched holes in our fences, they sent people out. They worked for two days, still poles down, still no internet. Can't get billing on the phone either, to ensure they don't intend to charge me for all these weeks without service. If there's a company that cares less about its customers, I've never heard of them. read more

We have been customers for years and normally pay online. The coat has risen from $49.99/mo. to $69.99/mo. with no increase of services offered. I had the misfortune of needing to use the restroom recently but was denied, initially for Covid. Then when I said that was no longer a viable excuse, she said that the company doesn't have liability insurance in the event of a fall. How lame! People on Neighborly are tired of the high prices. Recently moved to Millington, and Ritter communications has not been reliable for us. While the technicians and customer service individuals on the phone are friendly, helpful, and understanding, apparently Ritter's outdated equipment and infrastructure is simply subpar for the digital age we live in. I work from home, and Ritters wi-fi is not dependable; I never know when I'll get kicked off the Internet. Something needs to change. read more

Since moving to Millington, TN 2 months ago our service has been out 7 times! Today the outage did not meet their protocol standard for an outage after 12 PM on Saturday. The customer service representative also refused to give me the name of a supervisor who I could call and speak with on Monday. This low standard of service affects my working environment along with my college students ability to complete required course work online. I am disappointed with the inconsistencies between what they claim to offer and the services they actually provide. To even be considered for an "outage" claim after business hours they require 3 or more homes to be with service. Unfortunately, they are the only option. read more
