The slogan and most of the commercials seem so authentic. instead of "for the people", they should say "FOR SOME PEOPLE". When I recall all the M & M commercials that stream on broadcast stations each day, I have never seen anyone that looks like me or my husband. We never received the attention or legal advice that we should have. Over a year later I am still in pain and in therapy from my injuries. There were two cases listed on the M & M website that were similar to mine. They were awarded millions for their injuries as they were advised to go to court and had their attorneys fighting for the. It was never once suggested that I go to court. It is my sincere opinion that because we were of a certain demographic, our case was not given proper consideration. We were only able to speak with a case manager that went on maternity leave. We were assigned another case manager that clearly did not want the added work. We were never able to actually speak to our attorney-- Peter Gee. We had to replace our car that was paid for and received enough money to pay a few hospital and therapy bills. Please be mindful of the law firm that you choose after an accident involving personal injuries. Also, it was never explained that if we do not go to court, M & M would still take 40% of the settlement. Pay close attention to the people that are in the M & M offices meeting with and hugging John Morgan and other attorneys in the commercials. Make sure you have the same demographics as they do.
