I ordered an Anderson window in July and while there, was told that I would be able to pick it up in 3 weeks in their Whitinsville location. I was also told that they would call me when it was in. Three weeks later, I called Koopman's and was told it wasn't in but is expected in early August. In August, I called them again and left messages, but no one called me back. I called again and contacted the service desk who took a message for me. Then I got a callback from the window sales rep who said my window is in Sutton. Did I want to go pick it up there? No - I wanted it delivered to Whitinsville as this is much closer. He said he would be on vacation the next day but would call me by the end of the day. Well that never happened. On Saturday I drove to Whitinsville and handed them my sales slip and the kid comes out and tells me no my window isn't here. I parked and went into the store to talk to Customer Service. While I am there telling them how unhappy I am with this experience, the kid comes up to me and says he found my order. I drive my car up and they shove the window into my car. The contractor installs the window but there is NO SCREEN! Gee think I want to open the window? Either it doesn't come with a screen and in that case I would have expected the salesman to TELL ME that and ask if I want it added to my original order OR the screen is in a box at one of the Koppman locations with my order number on it and never given to me. I have called and left messages - Monday the window sale rep is out of office and I'm waiting for my call back... like that isn't going to happen so I will be driving to the location to find out whether a screen comes with the window and I didn't get it or if it has to be ordered. If I have to order it - well off to HOME DEPOT I go..... They lost my kitchen remodel that I have planned... I would rather order from ANYONE but this place... so disappointed and disgusted. No one has this amount of time to chase a business to return calls and get an update on their order.

I hope the community recognizes their contribution and supports Koopman by shopping at one of their many locations. They provided a schematic of how the door would look, and an easy to understand and competitively priced project proposal. The proposal also detailed several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. We opted to move forward with Pioneer, they estimated it would take approximately three weeks to order our custom door. Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly and swings easily, all 90 pounds of glass. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. We'd be delighted to work with them again on our next glass related project.

Unfortunately, about 6, maybe 7 months ago, we noticed a stain on the couch, so we called, and at the advice, we did nothing; we didn't want to make it worse. The insurance company we dealt with was the worst; we would call and send them pictures by email, but nothing. At first, Sundeen wanted to avoid getting involved, but after some conversations, they agreed to reach out and intervene with the insurance company. To shorten a very, very long lousy experience story, we ended up with no help, no cleaning, no replacement, nothing. We now have a dried-on stain, and we're looking for a new couch; not at Sundeen, we're looking elsewhere now. It would have just been cleaned out if we had just attempted to clean it when fresh. We tried to do the right thing and not touch and got burnt. Sundeen has lost a loyal customer over this; by all means, buy their furniture, but do not fall for the sales pitch on the protective coating and insurance. We were high and dry by both Sundeen and the insurance company. Bad form, Sundeen, bad form.

I'm so happy I checked to see they are still in business. The customer service was out standing.
