I was forced to listen (the shop is small) to a young woman behind the register berate someone (I think it may have been her mother?) over the phone. I was there on a Saturday and I was leaving the shop about five minutes before closing time. As I walked past the same young woman, who positioned herself by the door, with my purchases she never looked at me and had a perturbed look on her face. I will say though that the young man who was at the register was very pleasant and helpful. I doubt I will return. I can find similar products elsewhere in shops with an atmosphere that is in line with what they sell.

We wanted to replace our older glass shower door and received three quotes from local suppliers…read more Pioneer Glass was prompt, patient and professional. They provided a schematic of how the door would look, and an easy to understand and competitively priced project proposal. The proposal also detailed several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. We opted to move forward with Pioneer, they estimated it would take approximately three weeks to order our custom door. Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly and swings easily, all 90 pounds of glass. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. We'd be delighted to work with them again on our next glass related project.
