As with Wendy, I also highly recommend Rite-Way Pools for anyone building a new pool. Just like Wendy, me and my partner met with three different pool companies back in August 2018. Ron's price was neither the highest nor the lowest, which gave us the feeling that his quote was probably the most accurate for our project. Out of all three companies, he also came across as the most honest and direct, which solidified him as our choice. Ron (dad) and Justin (son) were both a total pleasure to work with. They were honest, upfront, polite, and professional at every single step of the process, from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough we did earlier today. As with Wendy's experience, we noticed that all the subcontractors that showed up to work on our pool (the excavators, the concrete guys, the tile guys) were respectful and completely professional. Everyone was focused, and the quality of the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Ron also showed up at the tile showroom to help us pick out the tile and pool finishes that best matched what we were looking for. As part of our final walkthrough today, Ron and Justin both personally showed up to explain in-person to us how to maintain our pool equipment, problems to look for, etc. They also made a few last minute tweaks to make sure that our water feature (symmetrical fountain jets) were 100% perfect. They scheduled a site visit and we sent survey, soil tests, etc. Didn't hear back after two weeks so called and was told son was getting married so hadn't been in the office, will do it next week. I highly recommend Rite-Way Pools to anyone seeking to install a pool. It began when we were house hunting. One of our requirements for a new home was that it had a pool. So, of course the house we fell in love with didn't have one. Our realtor had Rite-Way install his so he called them. Ron checked the survey and determined that the yard met code requirements for one. Then he went to the house to see if there was access to bring in the equipment. He then created renderings to show how it would look and sent all of this to us before we made an offer on the house. Needless to say, but once were settled, they were the first company we called. Their proposal was on the low end of the market research I had done so we contracted with them bases on price and recommendations and site visits to completed projects. We are very glad of that decision. When they started the pool, Justin kept us informed of next steps and timing. He was a pleasure to work with. Their subs arrived on time and each one performed excellent work, were responsible and cleaned up after themselves. They even swept the street. After carefully interviewing three pool installers, we went with Rite-Way because they had the strongest referrals and because the design was the most compelling. We couldn't be happier with the result! The pool, hot tub and deck exceeded our dreams for what we had envisioned. The process took one week less than originally promised and the only cost difference was $500 for a tile that we chose (just over a 1% variance on the entire project and well worth it!). Ron went with us to select the tile store and helped us make the selection. There was not a single hiccup in the entire process.
