I was not disappointed, and he provided me excellent service. He is a young entrepreneur and his future is bright. I would highly recommend him and his company. I have to comment on Eric Z's review: I believe that reviews should be neutral and based on all the facts. I do not believe his was. All his reviews seem to be negative and not constructive. Based on my personal experience with Biscayne Pools, Eric the owner does not only have integrity but a desire to win. Call them with confidence and enjoy your well-serviced pool.

This was up until mid February when my weekly pool service suddenly stopped (NOT for lack of payment) and I was never given a reason why. I called, messaged, texted and NEVER once did I receive a response from their founder. I found that to be very unprofessional after so many years of service. I was very disappointed. My pool turned green after waiting three weeks before choosing another company to come out. They could have at least sent a letter out to customers notifying them of any recent changes or disruption of future service as noted here on Yelp (closed temporarily til Sept 2021).

Unfortunately you're not the only pool company. You need to get your act together because it's very broken . In a short period of time I could no longer be here and tell their staff what to do. PARAMOUNT POOL (Andy) did a service call for our pool. He not only conducted a comprehensive…read moreinspection of our pool's equipment, but also took the time to troubleshoot other issues with the suction valves. Andy was very professional throughout the process. In the 20 years of using different pool companies, Paramount is at the top of my list. I had a new Jandy Pool pump installed last August 2025. The water reservoir wasn't filling to the top, and our pool cleaner wasn't working--also, there were some bubbling noises inside two of the pool valves. I contacted several pool companies by phone and provided pictures to diagnose that my suction valves were old and needed to be replaced, and that my pool cleaner had a leak. I found Paramount on the Jandy website as a warranty service provider. Andy texted me right away and answered all questions promptly. He took the time to provide several troubleshooting tips via text before scheduling a service call. He alerted us prior to his arrival time and conducted a detailed inspection by removing each valve to check for leaks. He located a minor leak in one of the valves and patched it. My pool cleaner did not have a leak, as it started working after the valve was repaired. He noted that the other three valves, although old, are in good working condition and should be replaced when they start to fail. He fixed the issue with our pump and corrected the bubbling noises. My pool is in excellent working condition and running efficiently. I highly recommend Andy for any pool services, as he exceeded expectations with every service he provided. I'm happy to say that we have a pool servicing company for any future needs. GREAT JOB ANDY!

As with Wendy, I also highly recommend Rite-Way Pools for anyone building a new pool. Just like…read moreWendy, me and my partner met with three different pool companies back in August 2018. Ron's price was neither the highest nor the lowest, which gave us the feeling that his quote was probably the most accurate for our project. Out of all three companies, he also came across as the most honest and direct, which solidified him as our choice. Ron (dad) and Justin (son) were both a total pleasure to work with. They were honest, upfront, polite, and professional at every single step of the process, from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough we did earlier today. As with Wendy's experience, we noticed that all the subcontractors that showed up to work on our pool (the excavators, the concrete guys, the tile guys) were respectful and completely professional. Everyone was focused, and the quality of the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Ron also showed up at the tile showroom to help us pick out the tile and pool finishes that best matched what we were looking for. As part of our final walkthrough today, Ron and Justin both personally showed up to explain in-person to us how to maintain our pool equipment, problems to look for, etc. They also made a few last minute tweaks to make sure that our water feature (symmetrical fountain jets) were 100% perfect. All in all, we can't say enough good things about Rite-Way. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in installing a new pool.

Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility for the situation, they started arguing with me and making excuses. Rather than focusing on fixing the problem, they seemed more concerned with proving that it wasn't their fault. As a business owner myself, I find that completely unacceptable. When a problem happens, you apologize, fix it, and take care of your customer. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. We are very disappointed with both the quality of the service and the way this situation was handled.
