For years I went without seeing a dentist. I wanted good looking teeth and knew I had a couple…read moreproblems that probably needed to be fixed, but for fear of shots, potential surgery and financial concerns I let things go. All of that was rectified when I took a chance by going in to see Dr. Johnny and his team of professionals. - Years later now I look back and I'm so thankful to God first and foremost, myself for having courage and Bay Breeze Dental for being the dentist office of integrity and understanding that they are. - They didn't make me feel embarrassed by my dental condition, I felt very at ease, welcomed and accepted. I had no insurance at the time, but they were accommodating by setting me up on a payment that was within my monthly budget. - Most importantly they played more of a key role than I think they even realize in helping me create and live out a better life. Something very good emerges from within you when you don't feel embarrassed about the way your mouth looks. You feel free to talk with people, even up close. You can give a loved one a kiss and not hope they're not thinking how disgusting your mouth looks. - Maybe those insecurities were only my own, but I doubt it. When you have a positive self image, you can better be who you are in life, in the world, and not spend any of your mental cpu wondering about things you don't have to stress about. You don't hold yourself back from opportunities from fear of what people will think of they see you up close. - Of coarse dental health is only one part of living life in a positive and productive way - but I can say from experience - it does have an impact on everything else you do and not just mentally but physically, in a literal way. I never knew how big of an impact my oral health had on my entire health overall... thanks to Dr. Johnny and his team, I do now! I definitely have my forever dentist, only hopefully just for routine checkups! - Highly recommend @bay_breeze_dental in Pleasanton, CA. Consistent, honest and top quality work for years now. If you're needing a regular dentist, checkups, or major work I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Johnny and his team. They are truly awesome!

Carolyn and Brenda are also amazing dental assistants who always make appointments more enjoyable by their friendly presence. I am lucky that Doctor James DDS has been my dentist for 10+ years. He saved my teeth and, thus, my…read moreoverall health over the years. Let me start out by saying I am a germ phoebe that suffers from PTSD and Panic disorder (not the easiest of patients to have in the chair, lol) I arrived at my first appointment with significant repairs needed. Scary! We (yep, I was involved) created a lengthy treatment plan. They explained EVERY procedure and cost and presented alternative options. I asked questions, and they were answered. Not one person in the office ever made me feel ashamed or embarrassed about the state of my dental health or the rate I could afford to address the issues. The All In One Dental Innovations team's goal was to get me well. Their office offers all the bells and whistles. The doctors stay very well versed in new technology but are still not afraid to use old-school common sense problem-solving. When I had emergency dental needs, Doctor James has always been there for me. Him and his staff have always checked-in after all procedures (big or small, and when I say checked in, I mean the Drs. themselves called as well as Moose" Office staff personnel"). I have spent many hours in their dental chair, and everyone has been exceedingly kind and patient. I do not often post on Yelp, but my visit with the office this last week 02/11/2021 inspired me to sing their praises. As Doctor James has always said that he is all about function over vanity, but in my case, I have lived the better part of my life with a smile I would hide (and that is hard because I like to smile). I think Doctor James knew how important this was for me, so he made it happen. With all this COVID-19 stuff I was still nervous (more then usual), but once I saw all the extra precautions him and the staff had made with special filter system in each room, extra cleaning and masks and gloves on everyone, including testing the staff for IGg/IGm related to the COVID-19. I was all in and ready for the chair. For me this was very emotional, and Doctor James listened to my requests and just dove in, to be honest, I did not feel a thing and at no time did I feel anxious about the procedure, but anxious to see the amazing results. And as you can see the before and after, you know I shed a tear (or ten). Sorry to be so long winded, I just cannot say enough about him and his staff... in short, if you do not have a connection or feel as if you are just $$$ to your dentist, make a change and go see Doctor James and His staff of highly trained and skill Dentists and Assistance. You will sing his praise as I do. Thank you Doctor James and Staff

As a Workday workmate, I want to share my concerns about All in One Dental's billing practices…read moresince many of our coworkers are treated there. My husband received a crown several years ago with an initial quote of $1,000, which we paid in full. Later, they called claiming he owed an additional $700 because insurance didn't cover the "remaining" amount. After reading similar complaints in their reviews, we declined to pay this surprise bill. It appears this office has a pattern of billing insurance for treatments they consider "necessary" but that insurance companies reject as unnecessary. We switched dentists after this experience. Unfortunately, my husband's crown broke within just 4 years - much sooner than expected for quality dental work. Based on my research, premature crown failure typically happens due to poor materials or improper installation, not normal wear (and I can confirm there was no physical impact nor teeth grinding involved). I wanted to share this experience so you can make informed decisions about your dental care.

From the dentists, assistants, hygienists to the front desk staffs, they help you stay on top of your dental health. They do a comprehensive checkup and spot potential problems on every cleaning. They are pleasant. My kids love coming to Starbrite Dental because they make the kids feel comfortable before cleaning or other dental procedures. They explain your dental procedures clearly, along with cost estimate. They let you know if the procedure is urgent or non-urgent, so you can plan accordingly. It's so refreshing to be given good information and not feel pressured. I usually see Dr. Munira Lokhandwala for my appointments. She is experienced and knowledgeable. I've had a lot of dental work done so I can always tell the kind and gentle ones apart. She makes me feel at ease during my visits. I don't live in Dublin but I'm so pleased with Starbrite dental that I'm willing to drive a little to get good dental services.

TREAT ALL PEOPLE WITH RESPECT!…read more My family and I were loyal patients for nearly four years, spending thousands of dollars on dental care and referring friends and family. We loved the Fremont office. Unfortunately, after transferring to the Dublin location, everything changed. I experienced billing issues, poor customer service from Kayla, and after losing my job and falling behind on payments, I was sent a letter dismissing me as a patient with only 30 days to find a new dentist. As a long-term patient, I expected compassion and a conversation--not to be discarded. The way I was treated felt cold, dismissive, and completely inconsistent with the care we received at the Fremont office. Families deserve respect, especially loyal patients who have invested so much in a practice. I'm grateful I'll be taking my husband and children elsewhere.
