To her: I'm glad that, even though you knew I was on the line as a conference call for my med transfer to OptumRX, when you were put on hold by Optum, that you decided to rant to someone in the background that this was "wasting your f**king time because you have a million things to do". Yeah, because me making 5 separate phone calls to both your pharmacy and to Optum to get my refill that IS ON RECORD that I have isn't wasting my time in the least. It shouldn't be this hard to get my refill that I need that was already on file. Glad to hear that your time is more precious than mine.

She said it'll be another couple of mins and when I come up can I not be on the phone verbatim "cause ya know" so I told her no I don't, but I'm help me understand. She pulled up the bag , placed it on the counter and walked away. So I just grabbed the bag OFF THE COUNTER and paid for my stuff and when she came closer i said- hey, I just paid for it. It's waiting on you. She said I just entered in the prescription and you took the bag from behind the counter. I said first if all you put the bag ON THE COUNTER check the cameras. She said, no I don't care about that. So I'm thinking if you don't care then why are you accusing me of taking a bag from behind the counter? Just rude. I paid for my stuff and left. I came back up and her and the other 2 people were talking about me and I said to her, is your name rosemary- she said yes and you can report me too. I told her thank you but I don't need your permission to do so. I have a fever and strep throat and I do not live here and this is the type of service Rite Aide finds acceptable? Never in my 30 years have I experienced something like this at a pharmacy when people are supposed to be COMPASSIONATE to those who are I'll. She needs to get disciplinary action for her behavior and I want the cameras pulled from 6:40pm - 6:52pm on 4/26/2022 at the pick up counter.

This was my dad's Walmart prior to his passing and…read moreapparently he stopped in very frequently to buy grocery items and to chat with the folks working there. It was hard for my mom to visit for that reason, but we needed several items and it was the closest store. I personally don't like the Walmart brand/family, but it got the job done. The Girl Scouts selling cookies outside were a nice touch too.
