Where on God's green Earth has Wawa been all my life? Well, it hasn't been in Arizona, that's for…read moresure. And the fact that Wawa is so damn good makes me want to move to New Jersey/surrounding areas for that only reason. A bit of backstory- my boyfriend is a Philadelphia/Jersey native, and for the longest time he would always heckle me about how no place in Arizona (whether a Subway or other similar sandwich joint) could make anything even remotely close to a Wawa sandwich. And until we went on our first Philly trip (staying in Voorhees), I claimed this was just bull. Yeah. No. I quickly found out that going on midnight "Wawa runs" would be something I treasured. They legitimately have NOTHING like this in Arizona. A place where you can walk in at any hour of the day and order food, and have a convenience mart at the same time? This might sound completely ridiculous that I'm raving about this, but come to the Valley of the Sun and you'll understand what I'm talking about. Let me tell you, those little Wawa kiosks you see when you open the door are nothing but a sight for sore eyes. Knowing that when I order a 10" turkey and american cheese sandwich with extra mayo, that I damn well am going to get extra mayo-- it's like heaven. The bread used for Wawa sandwiches (also another thing my boyfriend raved about) is so good- something about the hard water, whatever. The American cheese is fresh and, without using another word to explain it adequately, moist. And like I said, when you order an sandwich with extra mayo, the employees here know how to do it right. Aside from these forsaken sandwiches, the employees are really nice at this Wawa location. They always seem to have their items in stock, and shelves are always organized properly. We also never have to wait in line too long. FYI, I now crave Wawa sandwiches from almost 3,000 miles away.

People are great! Great location. Very clean and crew friendly. Parking better than most wawas.read more

Definitely some Pros and Cons to this place:…read more PROS: Convenient location on the corner of Route 561 and White Horse Road in Voorhees with entrances and exits from and to 561 and WH Road, which is especially convenient, if there's a pile up of cars at the light at 561 (sometimes people let you merge onto it, but sometimes not). American owned and HQ in Baltimore, MD, so if your goal is to support USA businesses = Mission Accomplished! Self Checkout is nice (If you'd rather not deal with a cashier)...Scan your items, pay with Debit or Credit Card and just leave. Obviously, don't forget to bring in a reusable bag, since no plastic or paper bags are available due to the State Ban. However, the people who work at the chicken and burger station will sometimes provide you a paper bag, IF you ask nicely enough! Pretty well stocked with snacks, drinks, milk, coffee creamer, ice cream etc. KRISPY KREME Donuts and they get a fresh batch delivered regularly!! Yes, U saw the Krispy Kreme delivery truck and driver early Saturday am once! It was a heaven sent moment! The store and the aisles are usually kept clean, so no concerns there. The staff is semi-friendly (mostly because they are paid to be). Plenty of parking around the front, back and right side of the convenience store (if you are approaching from Rte. 561) FREE AIR PUMP. However, I think there is only ONE of them and it REALLY does need to be replaced and updated at this point. I'd strongly recommend going to the Wawa on the corner of 561 and Gibbsboro Road in Gibbsboro for the completely modernized and digitized FREE air pumps there and they have 3 or 4 available that work extremely well! CONS: LOTS of cones ALL the time - day and night at various gas pumps, so you may have to back your vehicle in to gain access to a pump OR wait for one to free up. Are they understaffed, not have adequate fuel deliveries on a regular basis or BOTH? Lord only knows! The "World Famous Chicken" is anything BUT that. I tried it ONCE and found to to be burnt tasting and greasy AND pricey. Not a good look Royal Farms...PLEASE do better! Gas prices can be a bit higher here than the NON-USA owned gas stations in the area, but the quality of gas is likely better at Royal Farms, so it's a trade off. Super high prices on convenience store food, snack items, ice cream and drinks - But probably no worse than a Wawa.

This is a toughie ... I don't eat junk food, and am pretty fit…read more I will probably never eat from RF. They have good gas prices and a funny chicken statue. That's about it and all I know.

I just stopped in on my way to catch the train and was in and out in less than 5 minutes! This was…read morereally surprising considering I expected a breakfast rush at 7:30am. The new rewards key tag really speeds up the checkout process so you don't have to to deal with the slow and terrible Wawa app, but can still get your rewards points for the order! I placed my order on the computer touchpad, then checked out at the register, and only waited by the food counter for less than a minute before my order was ready. There were plenty of other people in the store, but this Wawa kept the morning orders running smoothly. I love Wawa in general and am a regular customer at the Wawa closest to my house, but today was the first time I've been in this one and the service was quick and the people were friendly. The employee making the food called my number and told me my drink would be over there(and pointed although I am no stranger to picking up wawa orders), then sent me off with a friendly "have a nice day," and when I got to the drink pickup counter, I was met with the same friendliness and speed. Like I said, I love Wawa, and I've been to plenty where the food is just left on the counter for you to come find with little to no employee interaction, but I felt the employees went the extra mile. A few kind words really go a long way, especially when it causes you to take a second and breath when you're rushing to catch a train :) If you're looking for a review of Wawa in general though, the 5 stars holds strong. I made a point to review this specific Wawa because their great customer service brightened my morning, but you can find awesome employees at any Wawa. Even the employees of the Wawa closer to my house all know my order and ask me to say hi to my family whenever I'm in there. The food is always great. There is a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods, as well as snacks and grocery items. Their gourmet hot chocolate is delicious, and even though most Wawas have a sign by the sizzilies that says they're only offered in the morning, I have never been turned down when asking someone behind the counter if they could make one for me.
