Leave the truck with service to have tires installed go start my shopping get an email 10 minutes later appointment canceled, whats up with that. Go to service counter speak with tech who proceeds to tell me my truck weighs 12000 lbs and is to heavy for the lift. They already canceled my appointment and started a refund for the install what about the tires well you have to call this 800 number to get a return ok load them in the back of my truck. Meantime I already know the truck weighs no where near 12,000 lbs that is the GVRW, the curb weight is 8206 lbs but I could tell they needed an excuse the whole crew played into the fact it was to big for their lift and proceeded to tell me the crapy equipment that walmart provides them to work with. I drive another 2hrs home and call the number for the store manager they had a big sign on the wall in the service department and get a menu for all the departments store directory. Dial zero for operator speak to person on the other end who tells me the manager is busy and cant take my call, I tell her I have a problem with automotive and need to speak with her; ok you'll have to wait a few minutes she is busy ok so hold. Dead air crickets waiting holding...after 3 minutes I hang up fuming my time is valuable too. I would not have any work on my vehicle that does not know how to look up specifications on a vehicle so I'd BEWARE! if you go their expecting to get work done to your car feeling lucky.

I…read morecalled the Plymouth CVS Friday and asked if they could transfer, they said yes and it would be filled by the next day. I went Saturday to pick it up and the first person told me they had never called the out of state CVS. The pharmacist then walked up and said the out of state CVS had pharmacy phones turned off and he had faxed a message to them "25 times" with no response. They would continue to try. I returned home and called the out of state store front desk and asked them to transfer me to the pharmacy which they did and I had the refill cancelled. Called the Plymouth CVS, spoke with the pharmacist to let him know it was taken care of and he didn't need to waste his time with it. I returned Sunday to pick up the drug. I was second in line to get my drug when 2 people working at the pharmacy (including the pharmacist) said they were going to lunch and I would need to come back in an hour. I reminded them that I had already been there the prior day, they ignored me and walked off. I returned a couple of hours later for the drug. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a business. They should be ashamed of their behavior. Don't plan to go back but I will tell this story MANY times.

Even then it just means I'd need to call ahead of time to get them filled. A place like Walgreens in rochester handles literally thousands of prescriptions a week if not more all these people "I had to wait 20 minutes boo-hoo 1 star" "they were a bit short with me and didn't smile 1 star" are annoying. I have worked many a manufacturing/shipping jobs so imagine every order you pick and prepare is now dependant on if people show up and if doctors are auto sending scripts you don't want​ or not sending what you do need i imagine its hell on earth on the other side of that counter I once saw them dealing with understaffing and like half the people in a 10-15 minute line were loudly complaining or getting aggressive could you imagine being the one dealing with that? They've been great for me. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes and sometimes your doc or hospital or insurance or whatever mess things up for you. It's American Healthcare and its a S show, and the pharmacists are doing their best despite it all. Take a breath, consider having empathy for the human beings who are providing a service to you, it's gonna be ok. If you hate waiting so much get your boring meds delivered, though obviousoy be wary that your meds will be left at your door not in your mailbox if you aren't there to accept delivery. If you have issues with the broader health system well congratulations and welcome to the resistance but you're directing your frustrations and ire in the wrong place.

I had my…read moredoctor send my script to this pharmacy because it's listed as 24/7 and I work nights, so it's hard for my to get to a pharmacy during normal business hours - I call to check on my prescription and am left on hold for over an hour and a half. No one ever picked up as once the clock hit 1:30am, the system hung up on me for the pharmacy's scheduled meal break. When I called the store itself to see if the pharmacist was in, I was informed that they would not be 24/7 all week - but the answering machine and the store's website don't mention this at all, and still act as though the pharmacy is available. An hour and a half on hold, and not once did the machine mention that no one was there. Just update the machine if it's going to be a week long thing, I've seen other Walgreens locations do it before, this was beyond frustrating.

From the selection of many products that are limited to the generic store brand (on which they make more money) to closing the deli, seafood and meat counters at least TWO HOURS BEFORE THE STORE CLOSES!! If all that were not enough, on a Fri. nite, they had ONE (1) register open... with 8 customers in line. Never opened another register he 15 minutes i was in line. Avoid this store if you have time to enjoy the Market Basket in Tilton.

The store is wonderful, and the people are amazing if you stay away from the pharmacy, that is. As I left the house, my wife gave me her new insurance card and asked to see if I could get a better price than the "GoodRx" price. When I got to the Pharmacy, I held my breath, as the "aged 3 foot abusive imp" was behind the counter. After insinuating I was stupid for waiting for her to call me over, I took more of her sarcastic abuse while she was checking the new insurance cost vs the GoodRx. Thankfully, I just smiled, tried to be pleasant, got my wife's prescription, and got out of there with just a fraction of the abuse I got last time. I just don't understand how anyone could be so unhappy. Wow, how could anyone tolerate this bridge troll time and time again? Hopefully it'll be a good long time before I have to face her again. I will still go back to the store for the nutraceuticals, cards, etc..., but hope my wife will get her own prescriptions from now on....

And one of these important facets is two pharmacies coexisting in town. Roberts-Scarlett Pharmacy occupies a relatively small footprint in one of the iconic strip malls in town, yet every square foot is used to service the customer. Service is superb, always a smile from the attendants, always a recommendation, and then in the back, attentive pharmacists who will answer any questions. Their product selection is quite varied, especially on orthopedics, vitamins, cold/flu stuff, and the like. All of it reasonably priced, providing great value to the customer. And by the way, it is the only pharmacy in the area that takes Tricare, the military/veteran prescription network. Truly an important presence in the community.
