We drove our 40 minutes back to the pharmacy to disrecover the prescription order had a discrepancy. As if we would have known They could not fix it nor would they call the hospital to fix it. We had to go back to the hospital to get an additional prescription sent over which would take a day Walmart pharmacy should have called the hospital when they received the first prescription and had the discrepancy dealt with. So disappointing in the entire way it was handled

If you speak up the pharmacy workers will threaten you with not providing the service. They may call you names such as, "you are really a piece of work". Lastly, they will flat out tell you, "go somewhere else next time". My advice, don't go to Meijer pharmacy; they do not care about the customer or providing great customer care.

I took my mom to refill some prescriptions and get a new prescription. When I picked up the prescriptions, my mom didn't check them until we pulled away, but once she did she realized the new prescription was missing, and an expensive refill had been added to the order. The doctors office had forgotten to send the new prescription over, so we had to go back through the drive through to get it. We were thinking because we hadn't checked it before pulling away, they would never take the refill back, but we were wrong. Not only did they offer to fix the situation without our asking, they noticed that we had just been there and were so helpful. The refill would have been very expensive and she wasn't ready for it, or the hefty sum of money it would cost. The fact that this was noticed and fixed was so appreciated, it brought me to tears. They are the most professional, lovely, and kind human beings, and knowing that they are looking out for my mom's health gives me some peace of mind. I love this Walgreens!
