From the jump,…read moreit's been nothing but elite! stellar staff, killer food, and an atmosphere that just hits home like a turners tea on the way to MAHS. When I say my man Dan (junior) knows Sheetz, I mean he knows Sheetz. We're talking connoisseur level! And even he ranks this spot in his all-time top ten, no question!! They've got MTOs, they've got F'real shakes, they've got everything you need and then some. At one point, Jr (my boy) considered franchising a location, but backed out. Not because he didn't have the means (he absolutely does) but because he knew deep down it would never match this Sheetz. Some things are just too good to replicate. Try for yourself, you won't regret it.

I paid $12 for the Premium Car Wash only to find out when I got home how horrendous the job was. My trunk, roof, and hood looked like they had not been touched at all. In addition, my driver's side rear fender was also dirty. So there i am in my driveway with an ankle boot washing my car. Something is seriously wrong with that car wash.

They have a nice selection of different cheeses, fresh eggs, milk and lots of snacks, sodas and a deli counter as well! The employees were very friendly, and the cashier even wished me a Happy Father's Day on my way out! Downstairs, you can visit the liquor store, and the beer store to stock up on adult beverages. The guy working the beer cooler down there was super friendly, and they have a firefighter's boot by the register to collect money to help out the local firehouse and all the guys serving the community. He, too, also wished me a Happy Father's Day and thanked me for my business. Nothing like patronizing a local, small business in a very tight knit community. This place does everything right, and the entire layout of the premises is really cool. It also looks like they've got enough private space downstairs to host some events and cookouts, and I'd like to be around there some time for that. The entire location is super clean and welcoming.

The Korner Store is a small convenient store, attached to a hair saloon next door. What I like…read moreabout this place is it's on my way to work and it's nice if you need to grab something quick. It's changed hands a few times in the past couple of years, but the store itself has been consistent. The staff are generally friendly and I've never had an issue. I'd really love to give the Korner Store 5 stars because I just love how cute and close it is, but I can't for the following reasons...First of all, the parking is bad. There are only 4 - 5 spaces out front, which you cannot back into, since you are coming right off of the road and it's hard to see up the hill. Simply not safe. Since it shares the spaces with the saloon next door, there are times there isn't a spot and you have to either pull over on the side of the road or in front of the apartments below it. Also, they only accept cash, which isn't a big deal for me because I try to pay for cash as much as I can. They do have an ATM though. Also, no hot beverages so don't go in for a coffee. Again, not a problem for me because I don't drink coffee. This is more of a small store for regulars to pick up smokes and play the lottery. They also carry water, pop, and other drinks, snacks, and some random household items like toilet paper. Another plus is everything is pretty cheap, especially when compared to other convenient stores. Cans of pop are $.50 and most snacks are $.25 - $1.00. Not too shabby if you are on your lunch break and need something quick.
