Please provide masks and sanitizer to your sick staff in order to help the public. The cashier today was coughing, blowing her nose, holding her tissue and talking to another staff member how sick she was. I'm no germaphobe but it was gross. Her nose was red, hands weren't clean but then proceeded to help us. We didn't even want her to touch our items until we were able to sanitize it ourselves. I understand people get sick and need to come to work but please provide the proper equipment so your consumers don't get sick. ... 3 days later, my husband is sick now and I'm starting to feel sick too. I came to do a DoorDash order on march 22 and this employee was very rude . I bought some medicine and she didn't say one word to me , I tell her "can I get a bag " and she says she needs to charge me it , but didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted one before I pay with the DoorDash card . Then proceeds to lie and say she did in fact ask me which is completely untrue. This lady is always in a very bad mood whenever I shop for myself or DoorDash orders . Really helpful people at pharmacy, only since the workers who worked at Los banos drug came here.

I called yesterday for them to have my prescription ready and filled because I can't pick it up until today, I go in this morning to pick up my medicine and they tell me that my medicine is not filled and it will take about 40 minutes to an hour to fill. This problem has been going now for the past 6 months I've been coming here, I can't make any plans towards the beginning of the month because I'm not able to pick my medication up until the day of, I'm not happy with this place, you guys can read my other comment I posted, I think after today I'm going to start going elsewhere. read more

I'am absolutely appalled at how disgusting the bathroom is. I walked in, looked around and contemplated using it and I just couldn't, I walked out. It smelled so horrendous! The fact that this place serves ice cream and is a pharmacy, is disgusting to me. I understand there are probably homeless who use it, but seriously, keep it clean or lock it up!! I would NEVER fill prescriptions or buy anything that the employees would touch and I would consume. I would hope the employees have another bathroom. Just gross! read more

This is for the pharmacy dept. Service is terrible! 1st of all its the pharmacy and I feel that you shouldn't spend 20 minutes with a customer who is not getting a prescription and continually ask questions about other products in the store!!! That's what they other staff in the store is for and they should kindly direct customers that way! I use to just give them the benefit of the doubt but I had it! Last week I dropped off my daughters Rx and they told me that they had to order 2 of the 4 prescriptions and that the next day after 2pm they would have her prescriptions ready. Well the next day they only ordered 1 and not the other because they forgot to order it and then continued to say well we don't know when it will be ready and never mentioned that they will order it! My daughter really needed this Rx and so I changed over (that day) to Target pharmacy and they had the Rx and where fast and had great customer service. *Rite Aid has slow and terrible customer service *Often doesn't have the medications need to fill several of my prescriptions read more

Love most all the Employees they all deserve a raise! VERY friendly and willing to give a helpful hand.

This pharmacy is the worse one I've ever seen. My doctor is adjusting my thyroid medice. Two times in a row, I have been given the wrong dosage. First time they took the medicine back and refunded my money. Druggist was to destroy the medicine. This time, I got the rudest lady ever. I had called and explained over the phone that they made a mistake to supply me with 3 months of the wrong dosage. She had no problem letting me know that I would not be getting my $9 back even though it was their mistake. Unfortunately I didn't look at the medicine until I got home and I called immediately. She left me on the phone for over 15 minutes to check it. Still refused refund. I am a senior living on fixed income. I asked her about the other medicine that was due. She said "just a minute" and never came back. I held the phone for over 20 minutes, hung up and went to the store. She was still just as rude. I feel that Rite Aid is making a $9 dollar profit for nothing. She told me to keep the medicine, in case the doctor changed the dosage back,no refund. RUDE AND CRUDE. I WILL CHANGE MY PHARMACY AND encourage all I know to do the same. Life's to short to work with people like this. read more

I've been here a # of time's in the past & I prefer to shop at other simalar store's close by. There pharmacy is the slowest EVER!!, I think there's mabie 5-6 shopping cart's & there rarly avail. anywhere close to the store, it seem's there's just as many staff avail. & are usually as hard to find as the cart's & there's just a better selection of product's at other location's. read more

I love this Rite Aid. Clean and the pharmacy is awesome! I recommend using the Rite Aid app for prescriptions--it's quick and super convenient, and you don't have to call to bug them for a refill because they probably don't want to deal with your attitude anyway. I've never had an issue with prescriptions. Oscar @ the pharmacy rocks! :) Giving them four stars because my lazy ass wants a drive-thru, minus one star for that. read more

This place is weird to me. I live in LB, and this place never has people in the store area. I only see people at the pharmacy. The place is probably 3 times the square footage it really needs. It is expensive, and when you walk it, it ALWAYS smells funny. Based on that all alone, I would have given it one star. However, the ice cream is THE BEST. I love their ice cream. That is the only reason I go there. read more
