This Walgreens has really gone downhill. I've decided I will never go here again. No matter how…read moremany people are behind the counter there's always a line the drive-through over people waiting to get their medications. The worst part is when you get a text message your medication is ready and you go to the pharmacy and it's not ready And worst case scenario was when I went to pick up my medication. The pharmacist actually went over to the drive-through to wait on a customer. I thought OK maybe the customer was there before me. But then the pharmacist goes and waits on the second customer in the drive thru. Now there are three people behind the counter. One girl was on the phone calling customers trying to get them to come in for a vaccines. The other one with the red hair, she was all the way in the corner. I'm standing waiting to be waited on but the pharmacist goes to wait on a second car in drive-through window. I just cannot continue to give them my money. Do yourself a favor avoid them at all cost the lack of professionalism, and never having the medication in stock is nerve-racking....

Was standing 10 ft away the entire time. Last.time I m using any cvs. Their customer non service is so bad, I'd say they have zero customer service abilities. It's a pharmacy rum by folks without a clue. About anything.

Prices are pretty decent and on par with items sold at the walmart (which is located in the shopping center across the street). I recommend registering for a Giant Rewards Card, it's free to sign up and you can get discounts. Staff is friendly and although the place is not very modern, it is clean! There is a self checkout line which really helps too! I usually come at night like around 7pm and there isn't too many people so you can take your time etc.

The service from the pharmacy is pretty good. Pharmacy counters are often cesspools of terrible service since they're in the overlapping part of the Venn diagram of things that involve health insurance, are tightly regulated, have employees endowed with strange power and uncomfortable responsibility, are subject to the hassles of day-to-day retail, etc. But, over twenty years, including very recently, we've had almost all good experiences and none as bafflingly bad as I've found commonplace at many pharmacies. The retail store has a nice selection and covers all of the bases you'd expect. The aisles and sections are well labeled and the layout is fairly intuitive, so you can find what you need even if you're the mix of confused, tired, and stressed out that one sometimes is when searching a drug store. In addition to medicines and toiletries, they have a lot of the odds, ends, seasonal items, and conveniences that sometimes draw one to a CVS. And, the checkout counter staff are generally pretty pleasant and try to be helpful. As of this writing, the overall star rating for this store seems unfairly low. I'm sure that the reviewers who gave bad ratings due to a bad experience are telling the truth... I've had my share of bad reviews pharmacy experiences, and I'm sure this location isn't immune to them... but, I don't think those are reflective of the norm at this store, where across countless visits the vast majority of our experiences have been great, and where even when there have been challenges with, say, coordinating with a doctor's office or insurance company, they've been competent and willing to be helpful.

It's a high volume pharmacy and small store with limited staff. The staff at the front are generally pleasant & helpful, especially my pain point, coupons that don't scan. The checkout machines like to take breaks a lot, which cause staff a bit of headache.
