I loved my version of an upgraded white trash, recession special. A hunk of sliced Boar's Head Bologna, slices of Cooper Sharp Cheese, Mayo all on good sourdough. Because of that everything is placed in areas that make sense while also tossing in things like a section for large bottles, ALL THE SNACKS, and an impressive growler fill station. My favorite sandwich is definitely the Diablo with its buffalo chicken, pepper jack cheese, avocado, and chipotle mayo that delivers a spicy kick that doesn't border on overkill.
