It was dinner time on a Friday night, so I was expecting it to take a long time to be filled. The clerk looked me up in the system and said the prescription was ready, but could not find it. I figured I was doomed to wait a long time. After he asked a second and then a third person, that person found my prescription, and I was on my way. Roberts-Scarlett Pharmacy occupies a relatively small footprint in one of the iconic strip malls in town, yet every square foot is used to service the customer. Service is superb, always a smile from the attendants, always a recommendation, and then in the back, attentive pharmacists who will answer any questions. Their product selection is quite varied, especially on orthopedics, vitamins, cold/flu stuff, and the like. All of it reasonably priced, providing great value to the customer. And by the way, it is the only pharmacy in the area that takes Tricare, the military/veteran prescription network. Truly an important presence in the community.

Avoid this CVS pharmacy location if at all possible! This pharmacy is constantly understaffed, and…read morethe few staff they do have are astonishingly rude and incompetent. Prescriptions are filled inaccurately or not completed despite getting ready for pickup text message. The wait times (both in store and in drive thru) are incredibly long, you can expect to wait about 30-45 minutes no matter the time of day. There is about a 50% chance your medication will not be in stock, and will be at least a week or more for them to get it back in stock. This location always closes early (usually 10-20 minutes earlier than posted closing time). These are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to unsatisfactory service at this CVS location. Do yourself a favor and choose laterally any other pharmacy to do your business at.
