Recently I ran into an issue where my name change caused my prescription not to be filled because it looked fraudulent. When I called the woman on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. I sat on hold for 17 minutes before I could get someone to listen to me and stop placing me on hold. By then I was obviously annoyed and frustrated. I explained that half of my meds were filled under my maiden name and the other half were filled under my married name and the reason I had not changed it was because it has to be done in person and whenever I'm in the store there's a line of people and I don't want to contribute to the wait. Not only did it take less than two minutes to do but she acted like I was the problem for not doing it sooner. I understand that they have been flooded with customers since Rite Aid closed but they kind of suck.

One, I had a family member go in to pick my scripts as I was at home sick, they said they had three scripts (which was right) but then they only gave her two and told her that if the third one was really mine I would need to come back in and get it. It was just prescription strength vitamin D. I went back in the next day and they claimed they never had the third prescription. After this last time I have change pharmacies. I would not recommend this pharmacy.
