Despite the products not being made by the shop, I believe they should stand by their merchandise and provide better customer service, such as offering refunds or exchanges. I wouldn't recommend this shop due to the unpleasant experience, especially with the woman working there. She was very rude and nonchalant. Shop elsewhere!

It's a huge tortilla (I wanna say 12") loaded up with beef (or chicken), cheese and several toppings of your choice for under $10! I got mine with beef, 1/2 mozzarella 1/2 cheddar, sour cream, salsa, green olives, black olives, banana peppers, jalapenos, mushrooms and hot sauce on the side. It took about 5 minutes from the time I ordered for my food to be ready. They don't have seating , but there are benches along the sidewalk. I opted to sit at the one on the corner and enjoy my monster taco. It did not disappoint! The beef was well seasoned and not greasy at all (see pic of wrapper after taco is gone). There was an ample amount of the toppings that I ordered. It was delicious bite after bite. I only wish the cheese was melted... Maybe put cheese on the tortilla and pop it in the pizza oven quick before putting everything else on. I would definitely go back and order one again and again and again. The staff is always friendly and their bathroom is always clean.

We took it back less than 20 hours later in the original package with the receipt and were told they cannot take it back due to they purchase them from a 3rd party vendor and they will not get reimbursed from their supplier, so no exchange would be granted. This not a huge dollar purchase ($18) but if you sell a product you should stand behind what you sell. Always thought Smoking Joe's was a upstanding business, I guess I was wrong. However, Big Bee is none of those things, so it appears it's got me expanding my reviewing horizons! I popped by here on my way out of Niagara to grab a couple of drinks for the ride home and was pleasantly surprised! They have some awesome drink deals (2 for 1 priced energy drinks, 0.99 for Red Rain cans, just over a buck for Fiji water!), as well as a really nice variety of drinks! From obscure drinks, to generic pops, to a rainbow of energy drinks, to Faygo, this little Big Bee has it all. The candy prices aren't jacked up like many convenience stores either, and the Fuzzy Peaches we bought didn't taste like they had been sitting there for over a year, which is always a good thing :p I noticed Big Bee also has submarines and other assorted fresh items, but I didn't try any of them. Customer service was super warm and friendly. It's a little cramped inside, but cramped with sweets & goodness of that sort, so forgivable ;) Great place to pop by if you're looking to pick up some generic convenience store items. I am a fan!
