I pulled up to the drive-through at CVS Pharmacy on Jackson in Indio, California, and instead of receiving my prescription, I got a heaping dose of attitude. I mean, check out the photo--I'm not saying he was auditioning for 'villain of the year' to the popular novella "Ignacio," but he surely acted the part. Mistakes happen--I get that. But this time, the mistake was on CVS, yet I was the one being treated like I committed a crime, when all I requested was my medication. The experience was so outrageous, I half-expected Ashton Kutcher to jump out and tell me I was being Punk'd. And let's talk about that sign CVS has plastered everywhere: "No threats. No abuse. No violence." I'm starting to wonder if that's just for customers, because clearly, the staff didn't get the memo. CVS, you've got to train your employees to practice what you preach! At the very least, can they be mildly pleasant, instead of acting like Halloween goblins. That said, the pharmacist was actually a gem, pleasant and professional. At least he didn't make me feel like I was living in a bad sitcom. So, kudos to him. But CVS, really -- no one should have to deal with a clerk, who's one eye-roll away from starring in his own reality show, "How to Lose A Customer in 10 Seconds."

today 2/14/15 at 1:50pm, i was told it will take 2 hours for my refills. this should upset hubby…read morereally good ! we come from the other side of palm desert, because this is the only cvs that carries this medicine. zohydro er. not convenient at all. thanks to new health laws. there has to be a better way ! plus my wonderful health insurance does not cover this medicine. nor does it pay for the very expensive pain med's, unless they are generic. which do not work. thats over $ 1,500 a month, let's not forget the doctors office visit charge each month, because now we need to be seen each month by the doctor, to get our scripts. so sure i will "frickin" wait 2 hours more for you to have lunch and do all the people standing in front of me, while i too "had" valentine day reservations for dinner at 4 pm that i will be charged for, even though i wont get to eat there because you dont have enough pharmacist and pharmacy help on. it is now 2:40pm, hubby too upset to wait any longer. i came back into the store to get my 1 capsule i had left in my bottle of zohydro. i came back stood in line, because there is only one line of course. in comes the girl who told me to please wait 15 minutes. after i spoke up and said " you can't even give me enough pills to make it to monday ? like christine said you would ? i was mad as hell yes ! so what do i do ? got my last pill back, bought frickin water ( you couldn't give me a cup of water ? ) and took my last zohydro ! trying to ignore the raving lunatic in the car waiting for me. maybe they are filling the norco too ? would be nice ! this is nuts.... are you trying to give me a nervous breakdown ? i'm sitting here next to the pharmacy, trying to subdue my tears, and anger ten minutes later, my phone rings.... its this cvs, telling me my meds are ready. I told the girl, can't you see me ? i'm sitting right here in front of the pharmacy ? ( I feel sooo important, just another number for good ol'e cvs) so up to the counter I go... and the shit starts again... we cant give you the 5 capsules of zohydro to get through until monday, when we get our order full. what......?????? christine said it was no problem, you have some here she said... I pull out the copy I have of zohydro er patient safty program : use certification form. that christine said i'd only need one time, yes even for refills. now remember we are only talking about 5 pills, count them 5 pills... until monday afternoon. so the lady goes on to say, "we need another zohydro er atient safety program: use certification form . "we called the doctors office already" wrong thing to say to me at this point !!!!! (most specialized doctors have weekends off. ) I pulled out my copy, and said " rather loudly and in tears, christine said I only needed this form one time ! it took me 23 days last time to get this form signed by the doctor, and returned to cvs. I was not a very nice person by this time. come to find out...after all my ranting and raving, and crying, yes, this is what chornic pain, does to people, throw in, a second shoulder replacement surgery 13 weeks ago. also severe fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. because the pa signed the script, I now need another one, to make it legal for me to get it. I think this paper is only cvs generated ? so today I Give you a 2 star rating, my lowest ever ! my swollen eyes and thumping head tells the rest of the story

Thank you so much for getting our day off to such a great start. Tanisha was the cashier who provided our paperwork and released our car to us. Her beautiful smile and great professionalism were the wonderful finale to an early morning task. Thanks again, Tanisha. This recent visit, I had the same rude type of service that I had at another store. This younger hispanic obese girl was having friendly conversations with a co-worker and acted basically like I wasn't there. She acted like a robot while doing my return with no smile or pleasantness . She sat on a stool and she was very ignorate and had NO MANNERS. She actually asked me which item on my receipt was I returning ( while she was holding on to my item). I am returning . She sat on her stool and wouldn't reach to get things from me LAZY & no effort to be a pleasant employee. I think they should have their best employees working in Customer Service Returns .

I think she thought I said 18 days ago when I said the 18th on a 15 day return yesterday the 1st of the month. The day before yesterday she pressed me on a water refill after I paid for it in the self checkout line with another Walmart worker there. When I asked her if she didn't believe me she said an aggressive mean tone "no I don't believe you". While walking out I turned back to say that the way she was acting was not acceptable and I didn't appreciate being barked at. Mind you this was a 59 cent water refill. These experiences has made me not want to go to a Walmart and I'm actively looking for my shopping needs at other places like Amazon and Aldi. Debating on 2 different alkaline countertops for my 18 wheeler rather than go in to Walmart just to buy faulty equipment that won't turn on/can't return or being harassed after walking out being accused of stealing something that isn't even worth a single dollar. Adding to the mess is asking for a manager and being denied.... This happened at around sunset on the 1st and the water situation happened the day before around the same time if anyone from corporate actually cares for their business and wants to do their job and investigate. But the way I was treated just makes me feel it would be a dishonor to go back to a Walmart or Sam's Club ever.
