The pharmacy staff is rude and unhelpful. I had a situation where the prescription for my elderly…read moremother with dementia came in from the doctor during their lunch break. I arrived to pick it up and told at least a half hour before it would be ready. I explained I was in an emergency hurry as I needed to pick up children in Cleveland by 3:30 the women told me to call door dash??!! I mean seriously??? And I had to keep getting back in line every so often to check she said she was unable to make me aware when it was ready. Her name was Lindsay beware and take your business somewhere else! The one and only reason I give this pharmacy 5 stars is because of one woman. Her name is Jolene! I…read morebelieve I spelled her name right. The staff there some of the rudest most inconsiderate people I've ever came into contact with. Not only do they have poor customer service, their people skills are absolutely terrible! I can't think of a word bad enough to describe these people without swearing. If not for Jolene this review would be -5 stars. They treat me sub-par due to the medication I am perscribed. Jolene always helps the best she can (over the phone or in person). She always has a smile on her face and even goes as far as to make small talk. What a wonderful lady. I think the rest of their team should take notes from her. Do they understand that without customers they wouldn't have a job? Wow! Thank you Jolene, most of your co-workers should literally be fired. They have no business being in contact with people.
