I was able to take parts of his regular menu and turn them into appetizers, which he and his staff served separately and were well-prepared to do. For those interested, we had mixed fruit and lumpia trays with spicy sweet and sour sauce. Our mains were Kalua pig with cabbage, Hawaiian BBQ chicken, pancit, macaroni salad, and an Asian garden salad. I was getting compliments left and right (not that I deserved them- Brian and his cooks and servers did) about the quality of the food. Everything was delicious (especially the meats- oh my goodness the slow cooked pork and the flavors on that chicken!) I saw a few guests clutching his business cards as they left like they wanted to keep him as their own little secret. I hadn't sampled the food before booking and was going on faith, but I'm glad I chose the caterer that I did. I was the sole event organizer, and I really liked that Brian made a point to contact me at least twice leading up to the event to confirm and hash-out every detail of the event's proceedings. Their email response time is always incredibly fast and they make booking so efficient and quick. They are also very transparent about pricing and very reasonable in their pricing. They also offer discounts and sales often and often give a cash discount when paying too. Our guests always rave about the food and they are the only taco company we know of that offers fish tacos as an option. He was on his way home from a job site and spotted the market, so he stopped in. We were all glad that he did. The carne and the pollo were both excellent. Seasoned perfectly, both were fresh with great flavor. They grilled up very nicely and made for some excellent tacos. The tortillas (flour and corn) were also from Food Farm Market, and they were fresh and tasted homemade. When I'm looking for quality meats in the future, I will be sure to remember Food Farm Market.
