Several times across multiple weeks and months we tried reaching out to Heather and to Coastal Virginia Counseling with no response. I even had my personal therapist attempt to reach out professionally and no response was received. A professional therapist ghosting clients in need is one of the most unprofessional things I have ever seen in therapy. Other people have posted positive reviews for this agency so I have to imagine other therapists are more professional but I would strongly advise doing your homework on your potential therapist before accepting therapists with this organization before you place your hopes in receiving therapy.

I've been to see Beth twice now, who has been helping me in recovery to get back on track with my…read moregoals in competitive cycling. 1) She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field. I explained her the issues I was having, and she assessed and provided me with options to help in recovery. 2) My first session was Active Release Technique, which is pretty painful if one hasn't been doing the prescribed post-workout recoveries. Needless to say, she was aware of the issues in my leg and worked hard to help me in this. My second session was a deep tissue sports massage, which felt incredible. I'm sure after a few more sessions, Beth will have me fully ready to continue my training. 3) Her rates for her services are the best I've found.
