Their cancellation fee is exorbitant, $75. People have emergencies and life happens. I understand compensation for time but considering how a fee that high may impact someone's mental health is significant. Especially when you can't really call anyone to cancel in good time bc they do not have a home office and can't even be found on google maps. The "administrative assistant" is rude and doesn't even know the therapists. For example when I asked the race of my therapist she didn't know. And didn't even know how to pronounce her name. When I asked to speak to the head of the practice she said she was out on leave. So who is in charge then? She had no answer. I would recommend finding another practice. I stopped going after 3 sessions to find a better fit that's more professional and organized. I don't have much to say about my therapist since I didn't see her too long.

Keith acts like he is going to be fair but has only protected the mom and justified her nefarious actions in my case. Absolute nightmare to work with. I'm sure the shady moms will want to work with this guy. Nobody ever answers the phone and the voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message or talk to anyone there. The Family Enrichment Center always wants you to pay cash....Totally mismanaged scam facility the court/state has not shut down yet. I would hope for compassion at a counseling center, but I would have taken at least a customer focus. She came across as bothered by my call. She was rude in her tone when she said they are not accepting new patients. I have some time to continue looking for services, but if I was not in that place and really needed some help and answers, that may have been more than I could handle. Please remember who you're services. If someone takes the step to call, be kind. Its not that hard. Its so unfortunate that this was her response.

But the man reason I am writing this is strictly to warn people before booking with Owner or dr Jones. She seems more concerned about herself then her patience that need her. She wanted me to book 2 more sessions so I thought things were going well Despite the underlining feeling something strange. So I called to talked to her because I needed help currently, not wasting a month on this lady. So when I expressed to the front desk that I need to know if she was gonna see from now on or not, not only she wouldn't see me but she had the front desk tell me and not herself AND I have 0 clue as to why cause she didn't tell me or call me. She knew were I was mentally and this women is down right cruel and would have been a better doctor if she studied ethics instead of psychology. She might actually be capable of Being helpful for people as opposed to putting a person trying so hard to survive and basically Destroy a good person trying to get help. Recently he went to see Hannah Whitney Jones. After each season she would say we will try one more time but I don't think I can help you. Well rejection is a very big trigger for him. He took it as he was not treatable. It really did some damage. She offered to refer him to someone else but after these two experiences he said he's done with therapy. Thanks Mental Health Experts! Dr Davidson is the best provider Ive ever had in my 13 years of going to different doctors until I found her a few years ago. Her and Dr Nathan Davidson both as I've seen him once while Dr Michelle wasn't available. They're both so knowledgeable and caring and come up with the right solutions and treatments. Will continue seeing Dr Michelle and Dr Nathan Davidson if she's not available. Can't express my gratitude enough for them. Thank you both Dr Davidsons. Cannot recommend Dr Michelle enough. If you need a new doctor/ psychiatrist nurse who knows her stuff and knows the right treatment for you, she is the one. P.s.
