This is a security risk as well. The front desk personnel are atrocious and you will not be able to reach your prescriber. When you leave messages with the front desk, you have a 25% chance that you may reach your doctor. Doctor either doesn't get the messages or doesn't return your calls. This is a MEDICAL facility. Your information, PII, and PHI should be protected. Especially from an auditors standpoint, and this will also be reported. Unsanitary, security risk, and absolutely abhorrent staff. Definitely do not go here.

Other people have posted positive reviews for this agency so I have to imagine other therapists are more professional but I would strongly advise doing your homework on your potential therapist before accepting therapists with this organization before you place your hopes in receiving therapy.

I called to make arrangements and was told that I can no longer have my appointment with my provider if I don't pay the balance in full. I tried to explain my situation and I haven't had any problems until now. So needless to say my appointment was canceled and I can no longer get medication for depression, anxiety, etc. I understand that they have a job to do and they need to collect the money. They have lost their compassion annd empathy for people who are going through troubles during this difficult time in our economy. I asked the person answering the phone to please check with the office manager and get back with me to let me know if she's willing to make any arrangements. I never got a phone call. I called back again tried to make more arrangements was told my appointment was canceled. I asked again if they could please speak with the manager give me a call back to see if there is anything we can do to work this out! No return call! I called and asked if they could get a message to the doctor because coming off of this medicine can be dangerous. I was told I'd get a return call back. Once again, no call back. It is not OK to treat people this way. I have no access to getting my prescriptions. I'm surprised there's not a law against this. I normally don't write bad reviews, but they left me no choice. The office manager is the one who runs the front desk! if I had the money I would have paid them. I am not one who skipped out on paying my bills. I know how important these appointments are. We also loved the exercises that she gave us to take what we learn in sessions and apply them, in practice, at home. Even though we were sometimes sluggish about completing them, she never made us feel bad about it while still holding us accountable.
