I have a rash on my arm because she put the wax on my entire forearm, it cooled down, she waited and THEN tried to take it off. Also my upper lip area was bleeding. I thought it would go away but the skin is actually nicked. When I tried to tell them all of this they were incredibly rude. Like I would come back for a fix 30 mins away when my eyebrows are already so thin an uneven, and I have a rash. If I knew I'd have to tweeze it, I wouldn't have wasted my time and money. The place isn't sanitary either. They also OVERCHARGED me $5.99 on my CC.

She really listens to what you need and responds with the exact therapy to address problem areas. I know it sounds very corny, but she has had a miraculous impact on my quality of life. If you have an emergency and someone threatens to bill you in full if you do not come in, do not come in for even 15 minutes of service. I was advised that even if I only received about 15 minutes, she can now bill as services rendered which now triggers another investigation. 2. Someone who cares about your health should do some physical exam before working on you. 3. Read receipts are really open receipts. If you scroll through your phone or email, do not let anyone try to use that against you as I saw in another review. Emergencies can happen to anyone and had I seen how others were treated, I would not have booked. I also plan to take action for the injuries I sustained which I think were preventable.
