I love her selection of fish, and her shop gives me the real deal fish keeper hobbyist vibes. She mentioned that when people donate fish they normally go to a nice reservoir and I couldn't be more thankful because we have donated some oversized comets due to lack of knowledge at another shop telling my old friend that they will stay small and be perfect for a 10 gallon tank. Definitely not the case. Caye took the fish, gave us store credit and also had other customers but made sure to try and balance everyone without struggle.

So I just kept going on my Mobility Scooter until I got there. Just to find out if it is not ADA friendly at all. They have a big curb that goes up to the door and no other way to get around. So although I'd like to give them a five star and continue where we left off, but I have no accessibility to their store and therefore are unable to review.

They listened to my experience and I feel properly equipped me to handle my current issue. I also feel like they will be a very valuable resource moving forward. If only my tank could cycle a little faster and bank account be a little more flush, I'd be back there tomorrow! The fish and corals all appeared happy and beautiful and well taken care of. It was very obvious how much these two care for the fish and the hobby as a whole and take their obligation to the customer base very seriously. All of which is much appreciated. I look forward to going back soon!

They're very knowledgeable about their fish, snakes and reptiles they have in the store, and they're always happy to answer questions or share interesting facts. It's clear they take great care of their animals, and it makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for reptile lovers or anyone curious about exotic pets! Now the Cons: The location doesn't have a parking lot. So finding parking during the busy time of the day can be difficult. When you walk in it does sort of smell, but then again it is a pet store so keep that in mind. They definitely utilize the space that they are in (small space) so if you're claustrophobic this might be a challenge for you or I don't recommend going in. Over all this is a great place.

Well, I took the felted heart with the stick off the cardboard to gave it to my kitty - she ignored it. No reaction at all. I put the toy & the cardboard in a bag and returned it the next day. Easiest returns ever. They have you as a customer in their computers, so it's quick and easy for the staff, too! I now referring all of my pet friends to this store.

Simply put your name on their list, ring the bell and someone is there to help you within minutes! Will be coming back for all my aquarium needs! THANK YOU WET SPOT!

Great selection of aquariums, fish, plants, and cabinets…read more The manager there, wasnt exactly friendly. But there was one kid I remember, he was very sweet and loves aquariums that's why they get the 4 star instead of 3. He recognized me almost immediately after our first interaction and said hey, you're from Hawaii right? Awesome guy, lots of knowledge and most importantly, genuinely kind. You don't find genuine and kind now a days. I spend a good amount of money on Aquarium supplies from time to time, and while I don't normally go to the bigger stores because I rather support smaller business, these guys always have majority of what I need and it's hard not to shop there. I bought a 20 gallon visi Fluval tank and inquired on testing the tank for leaks because I wouldn't set up for a while. The manager just told me I had 14 days without hesitation, while I asked if we could just test it she made it sound like it would have been a hassle. So no problem, I pick up the tank and pray for the best since I know how to silicone my own tanks if anything goes wrong. While the tank did not leak, I didn't set up until almost 2 months later. Had it leaked, could have lead to a serious customer complaint especially after being told they are not liable once the tank leaves the store, they make you sign a paper saying you agree to that has well, I just wish she wasn't so brash about not wanting to fill the tank for testing and the 14 day warning.

As I was being rung up the woman at the register noticed that my account seemed "off". I told her I get that look often when I purchase from them and that several people have offered to look into it but nothing ever came of it. BUT not this time!!! Alec, the store manager, happened to overhear our conversation and told me he would take a look into it. I figured I might find out if the "problem" was fixed the next time I came in for food but I received an email less than 24 hours later letting me know that he was looking into the situation and had a message into the POS provider. Today (less than 48 hours later) I received another message from him telling me that everything had been fixed. Outstanding customer service!!!
