That pup lasted 17 years, our latest addition is a large mix and went to ask advice for puppy foods. Same as always kind patient help. Walked through all the options between kibble and fresh and frozen. After choosing the frozen route was given information on the options as well as the purchase club which allows discounts or a "free" package after set number of purchase. Honestly it's not for all dogs as our sr dog on FreshPet turned her nose up but they were spot on for the puppy. Had to buy a "maze dish" ( which they carry) to slow down the eating. Absolutely love this place and have never had a true complaint in any service we received be it dog food, crickets, fish. all of it. Thanks for the last 25 years and looking forward to more. I absolutely love the mission of this business and that they strive to only offer quality products. I'm always so impressed with how many great brands they have! Some i know, and others i have been appreciative to learn about. I also love that they offer local vendors too! The selection is great and it's always fun to see the newest products! The staff here is absolutely AMAZING!! They are always SO friendly and welcoming! They always remember us, and even remember our fur babies names. In addition, they are so helpful! They take the time to fully answer your questions and offer you solutions that are actually effective. We have received so many helpful tips, recommendations and solutions from this very educated group of people. Everyone is very friendly, but i will say that an employee named Galen (i hope i spelled that right) has been especially helpful! He is always so sweet and he is very knowledgeable when we ask for recommendations. I really appreciate all of the wonderful service i receive here, not only from Galen, but from all of the wonderful employees! Lastly, the store itself is wonderfully laid out, and is always so clean! I feel safe bringing my fur babies into this store. The selection of products is vast and very helpful. Prices are fair too! One other thing I really appreciate is that they sell small animals such as hamsters, reptiles, fish and insects (and spiders.. yikes!) but, I feel like they really offer wonderful habitats for these animals. I hate seeing animals housed in small, crowded, cramped cages with no shelter so people just stare at them and stress them out. At Pets On Broadway, they provide these animals with comfortable, large spaces with lots of ability to hide and be comfy. I am always so impressed with how much they care about the wellbeing of animals! Overall, i HIGHLY recommend Pets on Broadway, and especially this Hillsboro location (I haven't been to other locations, but i'm sure they are lovely too) Thank you to all of the lovely people who make it such a pleasure when we visit! Willow the Siamese kitten and Eliza the fluffy Papillon dog say thank you for all of the snacks too!

The corals they have all look healthy and I haven't seen any dead fish in any of their tanks. I also appreciate that they're not just trying to sell you things which goes a long way in this hobby. They want to make sure what you're buying is necessary and not doing dumb things like buying a torch the first week your tank is setup. Highly highly highly recommend them!
