But there was one kid I remember, he was very sweet and loves aquariums that's why they get the 4 star instead of 3. He recognized me almost immediately after our first interaction and said hey, you're from Hawaii right? Awesome guy, lots of knowledge and most importantly, genuinely kind. You don't find genuine and kind now a days. I spend a good amount of money on Aquarium supplies from time to time, and while I don't normally go to the bigger stores because I rather support smaller business, these guys always have majority of what I need and it's hard not to shop there. I bought a 20 gallon visi Fluval tank and inquired on testing the tank for leaks because I wouldn't set up for a while. The manager just told me I had 14 days without hesitation, while I asked if we could just test it she made it sound like it would have been a hassle. So no problem, I pick up the tank and pray for the best since I know how to silicone my own tanks if anything goes wrong. While the tank did not leak, I didn't set up until almost 2 months later. Had it leaked, could have lead to a serious customer complaint especially after being told they are not liable once the tank leaves the store, they make you sign a paper saying you agree to that has well, I just wish she wasn't so brash about not wanting to fill the tank for testing and the 14 day warning.

The fish here look very healthy and happy and I always see multiple people cleaning and organizing the store. It's very kid friendly and, again, the staff are super sweet to kids taking a look at their tanks. Not sure about prices compared to other stores - but they definitely see fair and not overly costly. Betas go from 10-40 dollars from what we saw depending on the type and rarity.
