It's a furniture franchise originated in Denmark. The store in Vancouver is on the 2nd level of the building shared by Inspirations on the ground level of the building. It was slight confusing on our first visit because they are 2 separate businesses which share a common centre in-store stairwell. Service was good. Since the only one available was a floor model, we were offered a reasonable 10% discount. A good alternative to sleeker and more stylish Scandinavian furniture in town than the mothership from Sweden.

Nothing was too much trouble. Then she showed us the different wood stains I could choose. Personalized service throughout. Several times later, I emailed questions to her; her answers were prompt and detailed. As promised, the bed was delivered a week ago, early February, as promised. The Coquitlam store also kept me informed on a regular basis of the ETA. I was provided with the contact for the delivery men and they in turn also gave me a window of time for next day's delivery, then called just prior to arrival. Several days after delivery I heard by phone again, to find out if I was happy with everything. I am so happy with the design of the bed, the professional finish on the wood. It suits my bedroom perfectly. The four drawers operate smoothly and provide good storage. After seeing the mattress in the showroom, I had decided to order it, too. The sales associate who assisted us was friendly and helpful, but we decided to come back another day to consider our options before making the purchase. When we returned, we were assisted by Amer who was just as helpful and friendly as the sales associate we met on our initial visit. We made the purchase that day for delivery the next and added on the pick up service they offer for a fee. Amer was proactive with calling beforehand to ensure that we would be home to receive the delivery, and we managed to set a time that would work for the both us. The pick up and drop off went well. We were in a building with no elevator so we decided to carry our futon down to the entrance before their arrival. Once they got here, they carried the sofa bed all the way up our staircase and into our suite. Overall, I would definitely recommend shopping at this store if you're looking for furniture. The prices are reasonable, service is excellent, and the process was efficient!
