My wife & I were winding down our professional careers in RTP, NC in 2018. in 2017 we had purchased a lot in Sea Trail in Sunset Beach, NC. During the process of researching a local builder it became apparent that the craftsmanship and materials that Riptide offered exceeded our expectations for building our beach styled home. He updated us as to the progress of our home construction on an as needed basis and reviewed our property daily while providing weekly photos of the build. We purchased a home in Seashore Estates at Sea Trail in June of 2020. It was a pleasure working with Riptide Builders through the entire process. We moved from NJ so we were not able to be onsite through most of the build.
