Awful company that doesn't know what they are doing. Literally messed up everything you could…read morepossibly mess up on my order. I do not recommend this company to anybody. Here's my list of all their mess ups from my one and only order from this company. 1.Ripped me off in how much metal I ordered and paid for, shorted me about 100 running feet and shorted me 2 of the ridge caps I ordered. 2.Sent me the wrong valley metal color (and tried to blame it on me when it clearly was on the paper and didn't was a no brainer that the valleys needed to be the same color as the roof) 3.Sent me the wrong size drip edge. Sent me 4-1/2" when I needed 7-1/2" (When again this was on the paper) 4. Blatantly lied to my face trying to make this all my fault. (Even tried to lie about whom I brought in with me, they said I came in to order the metal by myself when I brought the homeowner with me to order.) 5. THEY DIDNT EVEN ATTEMPT TO FIX ANY OF THEIR PROBLEMS. MADE ME PAY FOR ALL OF THEIR MISTAKES. DIDNT REIMBRUCE ME OR GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE!!!!

Lincke Floors was contacted for carpet removal at a residence in Schulenburg. Gary Lincke came to…read morethe residence to determine the extent of carpet to be removed and provided the owner with a written estimate. Upon approval of the estimate arrangements were made and Lincke's crew arrived as scheduled. The crew moved and relocated furniture, removed carpet and carpet adhesives, cleaned and swept up all dust and debris and returned furniture to original locations. I got a call a little before the appointed time to see if I was available and I was. Larry and Thomas showed up and were just great! One of the shut-offs under my sink wasn't working properly and they replaced it quickly and easily. They made short work of my new faucet as well, and it's a nice improvement. There was very little supervision on our home build. Material cost was double of what we were told in the beginning. They always had excuses..that their suppliers didn't read our prints right. It was a total nightmare. It seems like they pay more attention to the more costly builds. Ours was around $450,000 and didn't seem like a priority project. So many things were done wrong on our home and was costly to fix once we fired them. I would be very cautious if you plan to hire them. They will show you their top quality work but you will not get the same quality build. They tell you what you want to hear. So many excuses..
