They brought dozens of items to our home that we didn't approve (in violation of our contract), they went over budget, and they did not refund us the correct amount of money. They still owe us over $700. Many of the receipts they provided were too small to read; their calculations were inaccurate. They removed the merchandise we didn't want from our home and returned it to the stores, thereby getting refunded from those stores, but they kept some of the money that they should have refunded to us. We tried resolving the issue with them, but after a couple of emails, Ellen wrote, "Please note this is our last and final communication about this matter." Terrible customer service. We found them through Angi, who provides a free arbitration process. Ashton Jaimes would not participate. What does that say about their honesty and integrity? Find someone who will honor your contract, provide good customer service, and refund you the correct amount of money!

I hired Revive to remodel my kitchen. My main concern was that i didn't get a cheap Home Depot like…read morekitchen. I wanted real wood and Dovetail drawers. That what I got! This is my fourth kitchen remodel on what should be the last house I ever live in and I feel great to have found them! After meeting with numerous kitchen design companies, I choose to work with Michael. Michael presented me with not only the most cost efficient option but also was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me. When I was initially looking for a kitchen designer I thought I wanted someone with a showroom and who would act as a project manager. However, I quickly learned that neither a showroom nor project manager was necessary. They met with me at our house to discuss the design and project multiple times (and would have met with me more if I had asked him to). They were also always willing to give me his opinion regarding colors, hardware, etc. and guide me as needed. What I especially liked about them is the straight forward manner and honest opinion. The crew were extremely professional and I enjoyed working with them. As with any major renovations there were small issues that arose during the process but they jumped in and corrected the issues immediately. The finished work product looks great and the design is terrific. I highly recommend Revive Design and Renovation

I signed a contract in March and paid a deposit. They followed Buildertrend which I thought was…read moregreat until they had a majority of my money. They stopped following it had me wait for them and then not show up. I wrote a yelp review earlier and took it down because I truly believed management was going to follow through. I had 2 visits to fix a leaky toilet only to be told last week the handle the designer ordered is incompatible. My choice is to have them come fix it again and wait. I chose to deal with the problem myself. It's the end of August. I can't be done with this company soon enough. They can't even tell me the model of the toilet I have. I definitely don't recommend them unless you want to stay on top of them and basically wait around for promises they won't keep. This is the same company opening in Orlando.
