This was one of the worst experiences of my life!!!! Not only does Nicola Johnson have…read moreridiculously overpriced fees, but she will try to nickel and dime you every chance she gets. Nicola started out compassionate and caring until she got her final payment then she become difficult to work with. I got denied county approval with her first set of plans, finally a month or so later she got around to correcting it and gave new plans. Come to find out when I start the construction process not only did she not include the mechanical pages but she then wanted to charge me again to have them done, Not to mention every sub-contractor I had out to help me or give me a quote had nothing but negative things to say about her plans. Please save yourself a lot of money and a huge headache and use somebody else besides Nicola Johnson.

After we purchased a 2000 sq. foot building in S. Tampa, we consulted Mr. Brian Seufert to redesign…read morethe space to make it suitable for a medical clinic. The space had been owned by accountants and was basically a box with a few offices and a conference room. Turning it into a medical office with a lab, exam rooms, administrative offices and a break room would be a challenge. But this in reality was a very small project and was obviously not going to generate a high fee. Brian never treated us as if we were a small project. We were very impressed with Brian's attention to detail, professionalism and warm, friendly personality. He took time to tour our old office and question us on our daily routines so that we could improve upon the design of our old space. He emphasized the impact of thinking through the motions of a typical day so that we could work as comfortably and efficiently as possible. Every detail was considered, down to the way each exam room door opened. He reversed the doors so that when the Dr. walked in, the patient would not be seen by anyone in the hallway. He made sure that we had enough space for charts and then a lot more to allow for growth of the practice. He handled the contractors like a seasoned diplomat and kept in close contact with us throughout the awful permitting process (which delayed our opening by 6 months). After the work was finished and we opened, he checked on us several times to make sure everything was o.k. He stopped by a few years later to see how we were. It has been about ten years since we finished our project. We still get compliments on how nice our office is and how well laid out and inviting it is. We have called him a few times over the years with questions and he always has time for us. He provides exceptional service. Our project was a small job but he treated us as if it were a million dollar project. His integrity, breadth of knowledge, talent and competence make him an easy choice for anyone in need of a talented architect.

We hired a public adjuster after our home was affected by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. We had no…read moreidea what to do afterwards and one of our relatives recommended that we hire a public adjuster. I did a lot of research about who to hire and a lot of the reviews I read online seemed fake. I eventually found Andrew Gordon at Reliable Claims Adjusting and he was a godsend for us. He's experienced and was able to quickly and clearly explain all of the steps in the process. It was daunting with all that we both had to do, but he reassured us with his experience. We worked together for almost a year (things take a long time with complex claims like ours, along with backlogs with insurance and adjusters). Andrew helped us figure things out with mold remediation and remodeling, along with working things out with insurance. It was a stressful and drawn-out experience, but Andrew had our backs and fought for us, letting us know our rights and making sure we got what we were owed. What Andrew helped with the most was with identifying areas that the insurance companies missed. We successfully challenged lower offers from the companies, resulting in better payment outcomes for us. We're extremely happy with the outcomes from all of this and can't thank or recommend Andrew and Reliable Claims Adjusting enough for any of your insurance claims needs. They have the experience and care to help you through a difficult process, and the price was fair.
