Michael presented me with not only the most cost efficient option but also was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me. When I was initially looking for a kitchen designer I thought I wanted someone with a showroom and who would act as a project manager. However, I quickly learned that neither a showroom nor project manager was necessary. They met with me at our house to discuss the design and project multiple times (and would have met with me more if I had asked him to). They were also always willing to give me his opinion regarding colors, hardware, etc. and guide me as needed. What I especially liked about them is the straight forward manner and honest opinion. They have helped us select everything you can imagine, from cabinet knobs to floor tile, and from interior and exterior paint colors to bathroom fixtures. You truly get two designers for the price of one. Their recommendations complement each other very well, and they have fantastic taste. They have also been very skilled at steering us away from choices that may look great today but could quickly feel dated. Their relationships with the various showrooms and vendors have proven to be extremely valuable throughout the process. Update- 3 Days sent an installer out to change out the break away pieces on my faulty blinds. He…read morereplaced the pieces explained to me how they work left me with 2 additional pieces. We discussed how heavy these 2 blinds are and he agreed that the weight of the blind MAY cause problems with the break away piece moving forward. We put the blinds up-and-down several times without any problem. For now they seem to be working fine my only concern is that we will consistently have to be replacing these break away pieces. I appreciate 3 Day blinds taking the time to send the installer to talk to me about my issue. The installer was knowledgeable and very helpful. I don't know if this will fix our issue permanently or if this will continue to be a concern. I would like to suggest to 3 day blinds that when they sell a large heavy blind they suggest to the purchaser that the continuous cord may be a better option. Our blinds look great and hopefully will continue to function well in the coming years.

We found the salesman to be very incompetent and the final product was a disaster in appearance. Apparently 3 Day blinds orders their blinds from a third party manufacturer as far as we could figure out. When the company who makes the blinds sent out employees to measure and install we got contrary information from what the salesman design and sold us. We felt the company did not stand behind the product they sold. We now have a Hideous looking living room because of what they installed. Again I highly recommend you do not cause yourself heartache by buying a product from 3 Day blind.
