Nancy is an absolute joy to work with! I have nothing but great things to say about Nancy and her business. She is professional, enthusiastic about her job, and has the best design ideas out there. Her pricing and packages are beyond fair and I cannot wait to refer more friends and colleagues to her. Thank you for all your help Nancy! read more

We recently purchased a home in Redington Beach and Nancy was SO great! From paint, to furniture, to artwork and window treatments our house is now our home. It was drab and old-outdated and now it is fresh and bright. She worked seamlessly with our contractors and held them to task too. We never felt pressured and she was suprisingly affordable considering she was featured in Trends Magazine and other publications. She also listened to us and had great ideas and no attitude or pushiness that you get with other designers sometimes. We highly recommend her. read more

We changed our minds many times: details, entire rooms, layouts we thought were "final," only to realize later that we didn't want them at all. Each time, instead of getting frustrated, Randy encouraged us to keep exploring until we found the version that truly felt right for our family. What impressed us the most was how calm, supportive, and positive he remained throughout the whole process. He never made us feel like we were asking too much. On the contrary, he inspired us to dig deeper into our ideas and not settle until we were genuinely happy with the design. Another huge plus: his responsiveness. He always got back to us quickly -- sometimes within hours -- and the entire process moved faster than we ever expected. His drawings were clear, thoughtful, and beautifully aligned with the vision we were slowly discovering along the way. If you're looking for a designer who is patient, talented, extremely reliable, and genuinely invested in helping you create a home you'll love, we cannot recommend Randy enough. He truly went above and beyond for us. -- Kate & Martin

I don't know if the guy I worked with didn't understand, or what the problem was, however, after meeting time after time on phone and on zoom, I still got the wrong work consistently. Now that we have submitted the plans for permits, we're still catching more mistakes. How is this place even in business ?

Johnny is a skilled craftsman, the custom woodwork he did is beautiful and just what I asked for. They were a pleasure to have in our home during construction and left the space immaculate each day. We did not hesitate to hire DUCS for our garage conversion. Once again we had the pleasure of Johnny as our carpenter, and consistently excellent subcontractors. Our ugly garage became four beautiful new rooms, again finished on time. The owner Joey was very responsive from estimate through completion. The office team at DUCS was always pleasant and quick to help when needed. These projects were finished on time and to our total satisfaction. We will definitely use Down Under Construction for our next project.

No disclosures were given. Very dangerous to say the least. Later - we found out later with many lesson learned. Spent a lot of money to fix all the problems.
