I took them home and was told I had 24 hours to decide if I liked them or not. After the first day, I had decided to keep them. The sales person called me, and said that the store had made a huge error and undercharged me for the stool $100.00 and that they would have to charge my master card the difference. I said I was going to return the stools if that was the case. I took them back to the store and was told I could only get a store credit for the two stools ($595.00) I said NO WAY. I was given a full credit finally. I would not shop at this store, they are NOT nice, and very arrogant. The nice salesman, that was so wonderful when selling me the stools, was not nice at all when he saw me come back. I would have been a customer forever, but now will never set foot in this store again. Oh and I found the exact same stools at Ballard Design for 1/2 the price - BEWARE BUYERS

I have had the incredible opportunity to partner with Keysha on a staging program since Feb. 2017…read more In that time, she has helped us sell 50 of our oldest inventory homes on our books. We started with just two furniture packages that she pulled together from three storage units and have seen the rotation of staging packages grow to 12. As I mentioned, these are our oldest homes in the division, the average days on market for the ones we have staged to date is 505 days, with Keysha's help, our average days from staging to sale is only 61 days. She's helped us sell several homes that we couldn't move for well over a year only have it be sold in 10 days or less once staged. She's got an incredible eye and she's always there when we need her. She's even helped us out with other projects such as refreshing our model merchandising and sourcing furniture for one of our community amenity centers. Even though we have a rather large territory ranging from north Pasco County, east to Pinellas, all over Hillsborough counties, and down Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, Punta Gorda, & even Fort Myers, Keysha has us covered. No job is too small or too large for her. She's an amazing partner and we wouldn't have such a successful inventory program if not for her expertise and strong work ethic. I don't know how but she finds the energy, but she regularly completes multiple moves for us in the same day! I highly recommend her firm's services for any design need that you may have, you will not be disappointed. Ben C. Regional Director of Marketing, Design Studio--Tampa, SWFL KB Home

My husband and I contacted Havenhome on the recommendation of a work colleague as we had just moved…read moreto St. Petersburg and bought a house that we planned to remodel. We met with the owner, Michael Mastry, whom we liked very much and felt shared our vision for our house. We subsequently signed a design contract with HavenHome, where the company was to provide CAD/architectural drawings, material selections and contractor quotes. We paid HavenHome a 50% deposit. Following our first meeting with Kyle, our assigned designer, we were very excited by the designs and materials that were presented and so we paid HavenHome the remaining 50% balance, per our contract. It was after this meeting however, that we were informed the cost of the design & materials was 3x the budget we had communicated to Michael prior to signing the contract. It was later revealed that Michael never informed his design associate Kyle, of our budget. We were extremely frustrated and disappointed but having already paid a lot of money to HavenHome we tried to salvage the relationship. We started the project again, reworking the design and materials to fit within our budget. However, we encountered nothing but problems and delays. The contractor quote was incomplete; HavenHome also severed their relationship with the kitchen cabinet company and despite using a new company could never provide an accurate kitchen design. We got to the point where all we wanted was the CAD drawings so that we could take the design to a different contractor. We made repeated requests for the CAD drawings for our remodel and each time was rebuffed with various excuses. At first we were told that the file was corrupted and would have to be redrawn. Then we were promised it within days, but then the design associate went on vacation for two weeks. It had been seven months and we still did not have any usuable design plans. Out of exasperation and frustration, we formally ended our relationship with HavenHome. We asked for our money back. Instead, we received a threatening letter from their lawyer informing us that we potentially owed HavenHome more money. We paid HavenHome $21,000 for their design services. We still have not received any of the professional design plans that we were promised or that HavenHome was contractually obligated to provide. We considered suing HavenHome, but because of some unexpected, and potentially life threatening health issues, we have needed to focus our energies elsewhere. I would caution anyone against using HavenHome. This has been the worst customer experience we have ever had and an absolute waste of time and money.
