This is my fourth kitchen remodel on what should be the last house I ever live in and I feel great to have found them! After meeting with numerous kitchen design companies, I choose to work with Michael. Michael presented me with not only the most cost efficient option but also was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me. When I was initially looking for a kitchen designer I thought I wanted someone with a showroom and who would act as a project manager. However, I quickly learned that neither a showroom nor project manager was necessary. They met with me at our house to discuss the design and project multiple times (and would have met with me more if I had asked him to). They were also always willing to give me his opinion regarding colors, hardware, etc. and guide me as needed. What I especially liked about them is the straight forward manner and honest opinion. The crew were extremely professional and I enjoyed working with them. As with any major renovations there were small issues that arose during the process but they jumped in and corrected the issues immediately. They stopped following it had me wait for them and then not show up. I wrote a yelp review earlier and took it down because I truly believed management was going to follow through. I had 2 visits to fix a leaky toilet only to be told last week the handle the designer ordered is incompatible. My choice is to have them come fix it again and wait. I chose to deal with the problem myself. It's the end of August. I can't be done with this company soon enough. They can't even tell me the model of the toilet I have. I definitely don't recommend them unless you want to stay on top of them and basically wait around for promises they won't keep. This is the same company opening in Orlando.

They have helped us select everything you can imagine, from cabinet knobs to floor tile, and from interior and exterior paint colors to bathroom fixtures. You truly get two designers for the price of one. Their recommendations complement each other very well, and they have fantastic taste. They have also been very skilled at steering us away from choices that may look great today but could quickly feel dated. Their relationships with the various showrooms and vendors have proven to be extremely valuable throughout the process. They are also very knowledgeable about pricing across the full spectrum of selections and have been great at helping us understand where it makes sense to invest and where more moderately priced options work just as well. The fee was to include Melanie"s expert advice and over seeing our project. That did not happen. Taylor her brother (worthless) was sent to oversee the install and in the process he ruined our stair runner which had to be replace. They knew they had ruined because threads run/pulls were all through the runner, when I questioned Melanie about it she said she knew but that the runner had been discontinued and she would have to replace it with something else. She was hoping I wouldn't notice. The painter she hired was terrible I have had to repaint every room that he painted, when I pointed out the paint job her response was I'm not going to use him again, the tile installer chipped my counter and wolf stove and the whole backsplash had to be redone. Melanie tried to pass a halfway job on the the tile insertion on my bookcases, also the tile installer installed a chipped tile on the face of our fireplace. Never fixed. The fireplace mantle had to be removed and in the process they scratched the entire front of it. The amateur rendering of our plan was on cardboard and not to scale, I was out of town on installation day and my bedroom board was missing when I came back. When I questioned her she stated she didn't know what happen well I do, they took it because we didn't get the bed we paid for ( or and by the way it was used soiled and scratched) and she didn't want me to cross reference the pictures thankfully I took pictures of her boards before I left. The pictures were hung uneven, my custom bedspread was wrinkled beyond repair and had to be replaced. The silk curtains were also a mess of wrinlkles. My floors were damaged during carpet installation $3090.00 to repair. I'm still waiting to have those fixed. Beware dealing with this company, they want everything paid in full the day you sign the contract and you have no recourse if there is a problem. My emails and phone calls now go unanswered.
