They brought dozens of items to our home that we didn't approve (in violation of our contract), they went over budget, and they did not refund us the correct amount of money. They still owe us over $700. Many of the receipts they provided were too small to read; their calculations were inaccurate. They removed the merchandise we didn't want from our home and returned it to the stores, thereby getting refunded from those stores, but they kept some of the money that they should have refunded to us. We tried resolving the issue with them, but after a couple of emails, Ellen wrote, "Please note this is our last and final communication about this matter." Terrible customer service. We found them through Angi, who provides a free arbitration process. Ashton Jaimes would not participate. What does that say about their honesty and integrity? Find someone who will honor your contract, provide good customer service, and refund you the correct amount of money!

After meeting with numerous kitchen design companies, I choose to work with Michael. Michael presented me with not only the most cost efficient option but also was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me. When I was initially looking for a kitchen designer I thought I wanted someone with a showroom and who would act as a project manager. However, I quickly learned that neither a showroom nor project manager was necessary. They met with me at our house to discuss the design and project multiple times (and would have met with me more if I had asked him to). They were also always willing to give me his opinion regarding colors, hardware, etc. and guide me as needed. What I especially liked about them is the straight forward manner and honest opinion. The crew were extremely professional and I enjoyed working with them. As with any major renovations there were small issues that arose during the process but they jumped in and corrected the issues immediately.
