EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXECUTION…read more We have been working with Bayside Granite and directly with their vivacious owner Adriana for years. In fact, Bayside has fabricated and installed all of the stone countertops throughout our house, including a very complicated kitchen and some complex outdoor counters. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Bayside. From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated like part of the family. And whether you are looking to do something small with one of the remnants on their lot, or are looking to do something bigger and need to order a full slab of stone (or two!), Adriana's got you covered. She will happily show her remnants to see if she has something you like, or she will give you a list of the top stone houses in the area to go find something you like. From the point you selection, Bayside takes care of all the rest. Transporting the granite from a supplier, coming out to measure and template, and then cutting and installing. You can be involved as much or as little as you'd like. For example, if there are specific parts of a slab that you would like to make sure are used, Bayside will tape out on the slab where they intend to cut so you can approve. Perhaps the best part is that, if you need to make small changes or change your mind about something even after installation, Adriana will stick with you and make sure you are satisfied before calling the job done!
