She considered our lifestyle and designed a kitchen with that goal. She gave us advice on where to invest our money wisely and where it didn't matter; this was important because we had a budget. After living in the space, we are happy to report that she was right! We worked with two teams. One did demo/rebuild. The other, woodwork. Each team had the same workers each day which gave us a level of comfort. Teams were on time. Whenever we had questions about the work ( wall placement, direction of flooring), they stopped and explained. They were patient and kind. We felt comfortable asking questions and walking around the construction site. They cleaned the space each evening. Often they did more than expected. Anna is friendly and proactive. They are easy to contact and quick to respond. Priscilla and Andrea called and/or stopped by weekly to check on the progress. They oversaw everything from demo to electric to plumbing to completion. Our experience has been so positive that we are actually looking forward to our next project with them! The result: we have a beautiful, functional space to spend time with our family and friends. Not just a kitchen. Would we recommend them to friends and family? Absolutely! Already have.

No disclosures were given. Very dangerous to say the least. Later - we found out later with many lesson learned. Spent a lot of money to fix all the problems. All this, despite the "inspection" that went 'so called' well. It didn't go well. Advice: Do not hire ANYONE that provides or offers "extra" services of (contractors, inspectors, etc) and could potentially be benefiting too from "their people" being hired. In the end you will pay a lot more for mistakes and incompetency. Be very cautious. Get your own vetted people. Could end up costing you much much more than you anticipated.

I love that she so freely gives insight on her blogs and sometimes its all i need to do a little tweak of my own. it gives me that little change, and its was all i needed. I highly recommend Dwell for all of your furniture needs.

I have had the incredible opportunity to partner with Keysha on a staging program since Feb. 2017…read more In that time, she has helped us sell 50 of our oldest inventory homes on our books. We started with just two furniture packages that she pulled together from three storage units and have seen the rotation of staging packages grow to 12. As I mentioned, these are our oldest homes in the division, the average days on market for the ones we have staged to date is 505 days, with Keysha's help, our average days from staging to sale is only 61 days. She's helped us sell several homes that we couldn't move for well over a year only have it be sold in 10 days or less once staged. She's got an incredible eye and she's always there when we need her. She's even helped us out with other projects such as refreshing our model merchandising and sourcing furniture for one of our community amenity centers. Even though we have a rather large territory ranging from north Pasco County, east to Pinellas, all over Hillsborough counties, and down Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, Punta Gorda, & even Fort Myers, Keysha has us covered. No job is too small or too large for her. She's an amazing partner and we wouldn't have such a successful inventory program if not for her expertise and strong work ethic. I don't know how but she finds the energy, but she regularly completes multiple moves for us in the same day! I highly recommend her firm's services for any design need that you may have, you will not be disappointed. Ben C. Regional Director of Marketing, Design Studio--Tampa, SWFL KB Home

I was searching for a company with a different concept to staging because I often have clients that have most of the larger items needed to professionally stage a home but are lacking in the decorative/fluff category and or have cluttered spaces. It is difficult for me to trust a company with such a large task for the first time and hope that your clients love the outcome but I knew from the first point of contact that they would do amazing and I could trust them. Not only did they do amazing... My clients and I were just blown away. They absolutely nailed it! We are so happy with the results. I have already sent their information to other clients and I am ready to book them later this year to edit and style my own house because as much as I love to decorate it is just easier and quicker for someone to do it for you. In addition Jamie, Hilary and everyone on their team is professional, courteous, fun and genuinely kind people. My only advice is to just let them do there thing and trust the process! You called them for a reason. Thank you Sorted and Styled Team! See you around sooner than later!

We took the unit as is because you took eight weeks which was not bad but to wait eight weeks and still not have anything meant we had all of our stuff sitting on the floor waiting. Claiming that you offered us to have the unit at half price doesn't jive with us paying full price for the unit with incorrect measurements. So that was a blatant lie. And you do admit that if we wanted one made to the correct and original specifications we would have to pay an extra $250 over the agreed upon price. I hate to even put it in writing but Veronica And Juan @Flippin Rustic are not only ignorant and incompetent craftsman they are thieves and liars.
