When I live a few blocks from the store. No way I was waiting 2+ weeks. The only good customer service was when I fully canceled the delivery and changed to pickup, the lady on the phone was very nice. They need more delivery drivers and a better system in place for retrying deliveries the next day.

Communication has been poor--we received no updates until we followed up when the table was due for delivery. The reason given for the delay (material shortages) does not match what other local builders have told us about availability. The contract and the salesperson specified a three-month completion timeline, but our request for a refund was denied AFTER SIX MONTHS under their "no refunds" policy. Despite claims that the table is ready, no delivery date has been provided, and our requests for production photos have been refused. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. We are pursuing this with the BBB and legal channels. Buyer beware: once they have your money, you may be left waiting with little recourse outside of small claims court (which is where we are headed).

THAT'S WHEN MY GOOD EXPERIENCE ENDS! My tile did not arrive in the window of time I was given. I wasn't even notified. I called in to check the delivery status and low and behold, my tile had been received, but no one had cared enough to notify me. While picking up my tile I discover the wrong trim pieces were received. (If you're thinking this is no big deal, please read more reviews and you will see that this is a common error TinT has been making for years, yet they have done nothing to prevent it from happening. Also found out the same thing happened to my neighbor.) After days of calling and emailing the Store Manager, I finally received an email back from her stating my tile is estimated to be received in 9 days. You would think that I was in good hands now that I am dealing with the Store Manager, but you would be wrong. 9 days came and went and still no word from TinT. After waiting an additional 5 days I asked for an update and AGAIN my tile was sitting there, but NO ONE cared enough to notify me. I brought my dissatisfaction with their service to my designers attention and her response was "If we had sku numbers and tracking then that would be great, but we don't". Really?!? They caused me to delay my tile installer 3 times due to their continued carelessness and this is their response? To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. This is a high end store where customers are paying premium prices, so to receive this low level of customer service blows my mind. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. My only issue was when I went to use the soap I bought recently it smelled just like the plain Softsoap with no real fragrance. I was expecting at least some vanilla or cinnamon notes but nothing! I guess I paid $5 for the glass holder it came in, but not for any real scented soap. I wouldn't buy hand soap from them again, at least not whatever the store brand is, for this reason. Other than that I would definitely return for more holiday decor.
