I'd noticed Rinse Cleaners a few weeks ago - a recent addition to the new shops that Waterford Lakes that popped up in the past few years. Rinse advertises with a large blue-lettered sign stating- "Safe for Our World. Safe for You." This kind of caught my attention, as I am all about living the "green lifestyle." Rinse Cleaners uses a "wet cleaning" method that is safe for dry-clean-only clothing and leaves your clothes extremely soft. They don't use harmful chemicals and everything about their business is eco-friendly. Even the bags that they give you your clothes in are made from 100% recycled material and are 100% certified biodegradable. You can also ask for a cardboard container that is specifically made to collect your hangers (if you are a frequent dry-cleaner visitor) and bring them all back to be reused. Their prices are reasonable - my dress was $9.75... which I think is a little more than traditional dry cleaning. I also took in to consideration that it was a silk dress, so the price was a little more. They do slacks and shirts for $4.95-5.75 a piece. Again, if you don't dry clean much... then the little price difference isn't a major issue. The business is run by a very pleasant woman named Marianela. Her staff is also extremely friendly and definitely made me want to come back again!

Once I had to go back and retrieve several cashmere sweaters and some dress pants that weren't included in my package when I picked up my order.

Well, I asked for new soles and what he did was merely re-glue the existing soles and charged me $17.12, while keeping them for a week. To top it off, he smeared the glue on the sole. What has happened to people who think they can stay in business and yet produce inferior workmanship? It's a total rip off and I will never go back.
