I did have all the dimensions and details ready. Rob was very communicative and was here when he said he'd be. The carpets and stairs are amazing. He took great care and even used some protective equipment for where the hoses might rub wall or stair corners. He does a dual process, scrubbing and steam extraction. His prices are very competitive. If you are looking for a knowledgeable great guy to clean, I clean carpet is the place. We will be calling on him again when we're ready to do our tile floors. I didn't have a lot of hope for them because my carpets and chairs were very dirty and being 8 years old had some ware on them. To my amazement they looked almost new. I could not believe what an amazing job he did. I had him take the rugs out on my driveway, it was much easier and they dried in less than an hr. ( it was around 110 degrees out which of course made a difference in drying time. ) He took his time was polite and professional. I picked him because he had no bad reviews. The next day we went to the house to check the carpets and the carpets were slightly crunchy if that makes sense and there was still a stain where the bed outline was nothing crazy just everyday wear which should be able to be cleaned. My husband reached out to the owner to let him know about them being crunchy and the stain from everyday wear next to where the bed was still there. Immediately the owner responded by defending himself and his work then moved on to blaming us using past carpet cleaners and finally offered to come back out saying the stain in the outline where the bed was just wouldn't come out. We left it at that and didn't bother responding because we realized we made a huge mistake going with this company! We ended up hiring a reputable carpet cleaning company and our carpets are as soft as when we first bought the house, oh and the stain where our bed was is now completely gone!
