I only wish they had more staff - it is often only one person on duty, not only taking orders but also preparing them, so you might need to wait for quite a while. I personally suggest to order for take away, because as we all know, the sitting areas in Westbahnhof tend to be pretty gross. That's the only reason I give this particular Burgerista only 3 stars, although I understand it is not exactly their fault.

The food came out really quick. They also brought us these cute little keychains as a gift because they were excited to have real Americans in the American diner.
