Solid choice as the guava sauce was memorable. La arepas de coconut. Solid. The fish empanadas were great. Definitely order those. But calamari was chewy and overcooked. I'd pass on this. He did mention to me that we should order soon as the kitchen will get busy. We waited as we were enjoying our dinner. (We didn't have any problems) I'd go back. We figured that would be safe since it's a famous dish in Puerto Rico! It was beyond awful. It came with a house salad that had like 4 lettuce leaves and one baby tomato. The plantains were ok, but it was the sauce that destroyed everything. The base was definitely a cream of something soup out of a can, and was essentially liquid salt. We didn't eat much, even though we had an appetite and were hungry after hiking. We also each had an empanada, and I'd bet they were straight from the freezer.
