So an assistant stuck some things on my back, checked them in about10 minutes, and said no allergies. Which I had already told them. Then he proceeded to order sinus scans, etc. which had nothing to do with my condition. ( I am a retired RN, with over 40 years of OR experience.) I resolved to never go back, and cancelled all his orders. Now, I still have the same problem, it's getting painful, but I am so pissed off (technical term) with Payson's idea of medical r, don't want to drive to the Valley, so I guess I will do more research. Can't say that I'm happy with my pcp, either!

I had CO2 laser with Dr. Meyers in March, to the tune of $2600. He said he would get rid of my brown spots, the tiny red veins and give me back my eyelids. NONE of this happened. I was assured that complimentary IPL would take care of the rest of my concerns..but guess what....Payson Dermatology doesn't do any of those procedures, and said that nothing they did with former patients of Dr. Meyers would be complimentary, they did NOT take over the financial responsibility for former patients. I am very disappointed in the old New Leaf team...I went through a week of my face dripping onto my pillowcase, and got very little out of it except for a huge dent in my checking account. Brittany told me to contact Payson Dermatology about a possible chemical peel, but even tho I don't think I would be interest in that, Payson Dermatology said they would do no continuing services for free. Payson Dermatology does NO LASER TREATMENTS at all.

When I called in the morning for a time when I could pick them up, due to my drive, was told end of day or maybe the next. PAIN meds...you don't get pain meds and steroids if you aren't in pain. This was on Monday. Raised a fit and they got them done, picked them up, drove home to find a box of meds with a 21 pill count had only 2 pills. When I called, they asked me how it happened like I work in the pharmacy. Finally got a pharmacist to help, promised me the missing rx would ship FedEx that day so I'd have them yesterday. Not great, but manageable. Fast forward to Wednesday and still no rx delivered. When I called I was bounced from the pharmacy, to photo, to the pharmacy, to the front counter, back to the pharmacy where they hung up on me. Called back, finally got them in the pharmacy, sat on hold 12 minutes and the call dropped. I called back, FINALLY got a human again, but no clue where the rx was. I have to call again tomorrow to ask a supervisor, not the pharmacy, my tracking number. When you are sick and in pain this is the absolute last thing you need. I didn't yell, ask for a manager or Karen in any way, but this is bs. If you can't do the job right, find another one! We have very few choices in Payson for meds, even fewer that take my insurance, but i shouldn't have to deal with incompetence when sick and in pain.

Not sure how many employees were hiding in the back, but there were at least 2 that I saw come out, but only when called. Disappointing all around.

A treatment was shoved at us so hard that my teen commented it was like a cult or a weird infomercial. I agree. 4 people with us in a small room pushing a dangerous drug like a Vegas time share? The side effects of that treatment were minimized or omitted completely and they are very very significant. According to the medical literature they are "most often not permanent." Oh, good. Further, to create the cognitive dissonance necessary to get people to take this - based on faith which I thankfully don't have - the teens problems are magnified and exaggerated There seems to be something off here. I don't know what it is yet but I'm working on it. Again, he might be a great doctor. Absolutely possible. But it would actually be irresponsible of me to not warn other people to take teens somewhere else.

I went in after clarifying I had this appointment set for over a month. I got there and the owner was unorganized with other clients as well. I asked for a bob cut, and she tried to tell me I was booked for color. I asked for a little weight off the bottom, no layers. She gave me the choppiest thick layers that are impossible to style. When the light hits it, my hair looks completely botched. She wasn't friendly with me, and didn't receive my criticisms well. It's my hair! I wouldn't recommend at all. I'd rather drive to the valley than ever come here again. My hair is ruined and I will be wearing it up until I can cut it to the length of the shortest layer she gave me. We called this office the next day and they were able to give him an appointment that same day at 2 o'clock. They fixed the cavity in that tooth and put in a new filling. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, my husband said he really liked the dentist a lot. I highly recommend this business, and their office is beautiful also, very clean and modern.
