They unhooked stuff and they can't fix it. So now we owe them 400 after all these months. We have had to literally chase them down to get any information. I stated once the girl in the front office was very sweet. That must be a 1 time only thing because after that it's very rude. The owner said him and his wife looked at this vehicle. I managed an auto shop for many years and this is very unprofessional to say the least. They are probably wonderful if you have the right name!

They were given VERY EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS about removing it so it could be installed in my new vehicle with a minimum of hassle. Now due to them it will cost a minimum of $500 to install in new truck. They are nothing but a bunch of primate yahoo's. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Just so you know that this review isn't just from stereo system i have family that keep having to go back time and again for botched repairs.
