I have been working on cars for 50 years now, but have zero knowledge of the Ford Mustang. I've found this to be the best of the Mustang parts sites on the web. I've done a lot of research on parts from their site, and been able to order directly. But when I came up to an issue that I couldn't figure out, even after watching hours of Youtube videos and playing keyboard warrior for days, I decided to call Kentucky Mustang directly for a little help. WOW, straight up excellent guidance. He aimed me at the right parts, and even saved me some money in the process. I wish I would have caught his name before I hung up. I've spoken to hundreds of parts "experts" over the years while working on other makes and models, but can't say I've ever discovered someone with more knowledge, who sincerely just wanted to help me through this project. I recently placed a large order for my 1967 Mustang. John was there for us to walk us through the…read moreinstallation process. We needed a special adjustment tool and my mechanic ordered it using his debit card. The next day the debit card was used at an Applebee's restuarant on the same street as Kentucky Mustang. Some one charged $168.00m in food and $150.00 in gift cards. Whenm confronted about it John becaime very defensive and avoided the issue. He told my mechanioc that he would look into it and get back to him which he did not. My mechanic called him back today and he was told it was paid for on paypal and that there was nothing he could do top help. I am just wondering how many times this has happened. Needless to say, I have informed the 100 members of my local mustang club here in the Pittsbiurgh area and have asked them to reach out to other clubs in the US. I will no longer do business with Kentucky Mustang because of this. Buyer be ware.
